夜晚接待的員工態度非常差”

酒店的叔叔和清潔阿姨很樂意幫助房客

我們在12月25號入住，當天晚上在前台接待我們的員工態度非常差，我們在AGODA網上訂購的是twins bed，我們只有英語版本....但員工堅持我們訂的是一張大床的房間，被子不願意加給我們，房間跟我們訂的完全不同，但她也一口咬定是我們錯，態度非常惡劣，讓我們感覺非常不良好！
