This hotel and almost all in the area are basically only meant for transit and not for actually holiday making. The price is really cheap so I really should complain too much.

Nice and warm room in harsh mid-winter”
The address given is correct but the map is misleading. The hotel is just a few steps from airport bus stop in front of Harbin railway station. Facing the railway station , turn right, cross the road, walk for 150 metres and the hotel will be on your right on No. 8 Though not speaking English, staff are all helpful with service mind. Tour staff gave me very useful information on how to get around by bus and she even ushered me to the bus stop. That's very appreciative. The room is huge and nicely warm as if it is summer. The corridor and room itself is well clean with pleasant ambience. Being located near the main railway station, it is very convenient to get around to any attractions. I love the place and it comforted me well in winter when the weather was cruel outside. I do recommend the place. Thumbs up.

Terrible service, worst hotel ever”
When we arrived the entire lobby was under construction and everything smelled like solvents. The room they gave us was not the room we had booked on Agoda. It was run down, dirty and smelled toxic. No appologies from the staffs side. They even tried to have us move to a twin room (we had booked a double) and charge us more for it. On top of that the cleaning lady came in every morning at 7 a.m. without any warning. We were looking forward to a four day Christmas vacation in Harbin. Thanks to the hotel the experience was not pleasant at all.

Agodaの地図が間違っているとの情報があり心配したが、問題なくたどり着けた。 哈爾濱駅南口広場の真正面にあり、空港バス発着所で宿やタクシーの客引きを振り切るまでもなく到着。 深夜にも関わらず、チェックインもスムーズだった。 部屋はそれなりに掃除されていて清潔だったが、シャワーはトイレとの間仕切りもなくビーチサンダル持参が必要なため、旅慣れない日本人旅行者は注意が必要かもしれない。

施設が幾分古く、修繕する気がないのか、部屋のドアの建てつけに不具合があった。 チェックインの際に、受付の女性が私の予約を見落としていたらしく、チェック完了まで２０分待たされた。 マネージャーらしき男性が現れ、受付の不手際を改め、部屋に案内してもらった。 今後、利用するか否かは微妙なところだ。

我們凌晨2點入住，她說沒有我資料，但我已訂3間雙人房雙床，有單號已付錢，她說沒有房，要我們加錢轉間家庭房，但只有兩張床，只給我們兩間房即4張床。我說一定唔會付錢，我只要有共6張床的。講完一輪，最後都給我們3間家庭房，但房間不清潔
