Terrible. Awful service and rude staff”

I paid online ahead of time, and when I arrived, the staff said they don't serve foreigners, and told me to leave. When I asked for a refund, they laughed at me and said I would not get my money back.

reception konnte kein englisch ich konnte nicht mit Kreditkarte bezahlen ( 2 verschiedene visa-karten ) das bett war "kalt", habe gefroren, es lag am Bettzeug - Änderung nicht möglich. wifi war seeeeehr schlecht - hatte kaum eine vernünftige Verbindung die lage des Hotels war nicht gerade im Slum, aber nicht weit weg davon. buche ich "nie" !!!! wieder und kann ich auch nicht !!!!! empfehlen.
