Amazing location worth its money”

whenever I am in Kaohsiung I am choosing to stay here. it's located in Kaohsiung famous skyscraper Sky Tower 85. there are different level of rooms for any demand. staff is friendly. rooms are always neat and clean. there's a 7 Eleven just inside of the building on the 12th floor so you even don't need to go out to buy snacks or stuff. convenient.

Good value for money”

Great value for £25 a night on the 31st floor overlooking the sea. Would expect to easily pay 3/4x this. Not luxury, definitely not rock bottom either. As good as any chain hotel. As a solo, business traveller, I can't complain at all due to the price.

Generally, a good place to stay!”

Like: the room is quite spacious, my room is on 22th floor, so its view from the windows is great. Don't like: the room and facilities were a bit old fashioned but all worked just fine. The location of the building is a bit far from the MRT.

Fuss free stay. ”

The economy room looked pleasant but was not particularly clean. There were food scrapes under the tea table. Travellers should note the check in time is quite late at 4pm and check out time is 11am. We could only keep the luggage in the room until 3pm after check out.

Great location and views but”

There was no reception. It’s not like a hotel. Greeted by a cockroach when I checked in. The corridor seems like it’s under construction. great views on the high floors, managed to see some fireworks, the piers and cijin island. And nice buildings nearby like the exhibition centre. And 7 eleven on 12th floor to grab food.

Said there was free parking, turned out to be a lie. Parking overnight was extra $200+. Also, used shampoo packet in the toilet. Location was great though

Not the best choice for foreign travelers ”

First of all, there isn’t a physical store so you have to have a taiwanese number to contact them. There was no soap of any kind. Only tooth brush and tooth paste were provided. The facility is old which is understandable. But if you care about the environment, the room was not very sound proof, the ac wasn’t working well, there was stains in several spots, neighbors were loud and some were obnoxious. Think twice before booking. The silver lining is the price. I personally won’t go back again unless I have to.
