Romantic hotel, exceptional stay”

What a blast, this hotel became in a minute one of our favorites, we had a light flooded spacious suite with view of the Spree river from all rooms, from bed and even from the bathroom. It is an incredibly romantic place. Excellent breakfast. Located in Moabit, you can reach all the many attractions of Berlin quickly and conveniently. If you know the Bebek Hotel in Istanbul, with its romantic suites on the Bosporus, then the Abion Villa is its River Spree sister.

Breathtaking Hotel with Amazing Views”

The Abion Villa Suites is AMAZING. We got the junior suite and it had 4 balconies that face the river! The room is huge with many amenities and high quality furniture. The river view at sunrise, simply unbeatable. Also, the location is quite nice as it is close to the subway and supermarket. I really like the surrounding area as well because it was very quiet, safe and felt like a country side retreat. Don't think, just book this place and prepare for an amazing experience.

I loved staying at this hotel. Very close to Tiergarten, clean and beautiful room with comfortable bed, toilet amenities and so on.

I have rated satisfactory on cleanliness because even though the room was spotless the room smell dusty because of the curtains the I guess are not washed very often. ”

We booked an executive double room that was described as having a king sized bed and a double bed. Not true. It was two single beds put together. Not as described in the Agoda site. Coffee and tea was for free in the lobby....we were told by the manager...not available...we were sent to nearby abion hotel for a coffee and we had to pay 7 euros ( not free as we were told by the manager). Little things make a huge difference to a travel experience, the problems we mentioned are easy to fix and they should be fixed...if not do not advertise.

Great small hotel, great room and service”

Great small boutique hotel (located near larger Avion hotel), located at a business center, not perfect place for tourists, but you can easily take the 100 bus to all the attractions, the location is very quite near a river (nice restaurants around and in the big hotel). Room is very high level, free internet. The only problem was the bed (two single beds instead of one king size) we asked to replace but there was no option.

Will get a basement room if via Booking site.”

Car parking is extras. If you book via booking site you will probably get a basement room which was a little bit disappointing, taking into account that that it seemed that not to that much people where staying in the hotel.

El hotel es impresionante, digno 5 estrellas en el barrio de embajadas de Berlín. El abion en su parte de suites son habitaciones de 70 m2 con baño increíble y vista panorámica al río o al centro del edificio. Muy bien el servicio de atención de recepción, tuvieron un error en las camas y nos regalaron el desayuno una noche ( el cual es de la categoría más alta que vi en tiempo ). El único punto a mencionar es que en invierno no tienen frazadas extras, el resto, impecable

Super nette Mitarbeiter, sehr engagiert! Die Sauberkeit, wir hoffen es belief sich auf ein Einzelfall, war in unserer Suite ungenügend. Tipp an die Geschäftsführung, das Mobiliar scheint schon länger abgeschrieben zu sein. Wir kommen bei Neuem gern wieder!

Nur 300 m von S-Bahnstation Bellevue absolutes Tophotel (vorallem die Suiten direkt an der Spree) mit einem exzellente Frühstück Kann man nur empfehlen.

Super-Lage, super-sauber und sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, tolle Suite mit Blick aufs Wasser -Möbel vielleicht etwas shabby-chick 🙃-, aber wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
