We stayed at accord for 3 nights, Aug with kids and grandparents. Every team member has provided us with a truly memorable experience ✌️ Room : comfy bed, great AC, TV with all channels, good size room, bathrooms. We got Swim facing room, what a bonus ✌️ F&B : jaw-dropping breakfast 🥞🍲🍵🧇🍵🍛🥪🍹 South Indian, to continental, to North Indian all pretty good lineup. We requested our kids are sleeping during the breakfast slot, they said to tell us what they eat, and we will send food to your room. Now, this is WoW 🤩 Security : Decent, alert, and so helpful staff, arranged auto / taxi drives every time for us, negotiated the rates, always greet with smile 😊 Housekeeping : called them late eve for TV remote settings, shifting beds, getting basic toiletries, every staff, every time they served us with great customer service with a smile and are too humble to speak 😊 Reception Team: from guidance to eating out, travel, places to go, and arrange a taxi, and chocolates for kids at late night, they had an answer to everything want a tourist want. And 100% of their guidance has been spot on, which saved us so much time ⏰/ money 💰 Facilities : Swim pool : kids loved it. They have a decent fitness center, bar, and spa, also which we didn’t use but looks promising. Wed / Sat it’s light music 🎶 on poolside. The hotel lobby, dining area, and lifts are very spacious, spick and span , Overall In simple words, the accord team knows the difference between good customer service 🙂 and great customer service 🤩

In terms of location, cleanliness, and service, the hotel is excellent. Very accommodating and helpful, Mr. Muthaiyan. The room was always tidy and spacious enough for a single or a couple to stay in. Mr. Kalaiseluan, Siva, and Lakshman provided me with everything I needed in the room and were very helpful. A sumptuous breakfast was served.

My husband had forgotten to bring my bag containing my ipad and Kindle and left it in the room while vacating the room. The staff contacted me even before I realised that the items were missing. Awesome location, awesome food , awesome staff. Buffet breakfast and dinner spread is huge and is a combination of both indian, Chinese and continental. Rooms are huge and spacious. The staff (be it at the front desk, car valets, coffee shop, room service and room staff and cleaning staff) are very courteous and humble and ready to serve. The good thing I happened to undergo was the booking was accidentally made for 3 adults and it was just me and the kids, so they made it full board with buffet breakfast and dinner. For lunch we ventured to the French cuisine outside. Definitely booking here for future travels. Center of city and ease of access to go anywhere is the best.

Was hesitant after reading few negative reviews! But the experience was too good. Room was very clean and room service was on time. Had a great time at the pool as it was very clean and well maintained. Hospitality of the staffs was great. Food options and taste was good. Central location from White Town and Auroville. ”
We had booked this hotel for 6 nights. This property is very close to white town and other tourist attractions as well as Auroville. Luxuriously build and maintained property with amazing staff who is always making sure that your stay comfortable. Their restaurant/24 hrs cafe is also another best thing to talk about. They have Full spread breakfast and buffet for dinner. Some of the more interesting elements are bar, swimming pool and their service. Book this property without doubts.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Accord Puducherry. Clean rooms, friendly and polite staff, and good location. The breakfast spread was good and so was their continental food items (in room service). Their North Indian food didn't work for us. The room doors have a bottle opener fixture! Thoughtful or what! ;) You can also get your car water-washed inside and out for 300 bucks. The person did a good job. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. Thanks, Accord.

The property is good with a good ambience. Christmas decoration has elevated the property. The staff is very friendly and made the stay more refreshing. Vanaja , Manager Housekeeping explaining the details and guiding places to visit, Kalai Vaani, Manager constantly taking feeedback from Guests.David at seasons Restaurant with wonderful patience and prompt attention to Guest request. Komali at Reception helping with check in process and Thilagavathi with check out process. The only suggestion would be property needs renovation as it seems old style at some locations.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days and our experience was great. It's well suited for travellers who prefer hotels during their holidays over other forms of accommodation. It's close enough to the points of interest in Puducherry and of you are planning to visit nearby towns, this is probably the best option. The stay was comfortable and the rooms were clean and decently equipped. Their breakfast buffet menu can be better but it's enough for travellers. Enjoys our stay and their team was very helpful and courteous.

We had confirmed the booking basis the good to great reviews given for Accord! We didn’t want to take any chance as it concerned my family and Covid is still not behind us yet! The staff is simply very courteous and very genuine in their efforts to help the Guests fee very comfortable! We had an issue with the rental car and the hotel staff helped us get the same rectified by getting the required persons down at the hotel asap. Hence, we didn’t waste any single event that we’d planned for our stay and which involved travelling by your own vehicle. I’m a regular traveller who travels for business purpose and would definitely recommend Hotel Accord to the discerning business traveller as well as to the family who wants a comfortable stay… Given a choice I’d stay again, and would strongly recommend others too…

Everything is good..but they charged extra 1100 rupees while check in.. I booked through agoda .. I am not sure everyone facing same... I have called and confirmed through phone before going to Accord they said everything is fine.. when we check in they asked extra payment.. who is cheating here agoda or Accord?... So please confirm amount paid thro online before going... Other than that no issues in hotel.. nice service staffs😊
