Exceptional”
Needed a hotel for one night fairly close to the train station and chose this one. The bed was comfortable and the shower was awesome. Room nice and clean, if a bit small and the staff was courteous and helpful. Would consider staying here again for a longer stay next time I'm in Berlin.

Friendly staff, room cleaned every day. When you want to go sightseeing (obviously ;-) ) this is hotel is on a perfect location: public transport nearby and bike rental available. If you want to go for a long walk, either to west or east Berlin, Adrema Hotel is a good starting point...

Wonderful stay!”
I stayed here for only one night but it was absolutely wonderful! I was coming from Italy after 2.5 weeks of traveling solo and all I wanted was to relax and that's exactly what I did. Just a short 15€ cab ride (about 15 minutes) from the airport, Adrema is in a great location. I had a great double room with an amazing view of the river! The bed was amazingly comfortable, the pillows were fantastic. I spent all day in bed relaxing, napping and ordering room service. The food was great! Not too expensive. I had such a great day! I cant say much as to the area as I didn't leave the room (haha) but it looked quite nice as I was on my way out. The spa is great! After I checked out I was able to spend the whole rest of the next day at the spa relaxing on the comfy chairs and in the sauna. Great view from the spa as well! Overall- absolutely 10/10 for what I wanted! Thank you Adrema for making my day so easy and relaxing. 💋

Spent a lovely weekend at the Adrema Hotel”
For what we paid, the room was excellent size, with all the facilities we needed. The staff were friendly and kept the place clean for us while we were out. Although we didn’t spent much time in the hotel, we were aware of further facilities such as the spa, that seemed well priced. Had we stayed longer, we may have made use of them. All in all, a lovely hotel in a lovely area of Berlin

Generally the hotel is very nice, easy to get to via the airport. The local transport is good in Berlin and so this really helped. The Staff at the hotel are very helpful and speak great English and were able to guide us where to go and how to get there. The only area I would say is the food, limited to certain things. The hotel may not give out that it is a four star but its lovely to stay in and Berlin is a great place,

This hotel is in a good location, staff are friendly and helpful. Free wifi and good quality all round. Berlin sights are quite spread out, but this hotel is a five minute walk from the Eros statue, where you can then walk to the Brandenburg gate through the Englisher Garten and past the Bellvue. I walked everywhere, but there is a bus stop close to the hotel should you need it.

Pros: Clean, friendly/helpful staff, big room, near bus station, restaurants, market. Cons: Hotel is far from all the attractions so you will need to get on the bus. We got a room on the west side against the river. The room got really warm/hot when the sunset. The air condition was on but it was not blowing hard at all. There is no adjustment for that. The weather was hot and the room was hot making it very difficult to sleep at night. I couldn't open the window because the mosquitoes and insects were coming inside the room. Overall the place is fine. The hotel just need to work on the blower on the air condition/heating issues.

great hotel, had everything we needed, very friendly staff and helpful with a baby. clean rooms, big comfy bed. easy to find a parking spot close by. would go back again for another berlin trip.

The room was really nice and spacious, however, there was no bathtub as promised in the booking earlier. The sauna costs extra, and I thought 10 euro for using it is a bit of a push. It should be included in the price (or to be honest, free would be nice). Location isn't the greatest if you want to be close to the buzz (Mitte), but it's a quiet area served by multiple bus lines and if you don't mind walking, the subway is 10 minutes away. Overall I had a great time there and staff was accommodating.

Thank you for your Feedback on our Adrema Hotel. We understand your point concerning the Sauna fee, However there is a law in Germany that does not allow it to offer it free of charge. Also to include it in the room rate would be not fair since there are guests who do not want to use Sauna. Therefore we would want our guest to be able to choose for themselves. Concerning the location: there isthe bus 245 in front of the hotel which takes you to Zoological garden ( which is the Center of the west part of the city) or also to Hauptbahnhof. From there any train goes to Alexanderplatz for example. Otherwise our Angleterre Hotel at Checkpoint Charlie would be an alternative the next time .-) Once again thank you and all the best. Good Hotel”
I had one night only in the hotel and it was ok for this stay, all clean, good internet, bar and restaurant very good. Rooms were clean large and comfortable. I would suggest that if you are paying £100 or less it is great value for money. I went during exhibition time and the rate was extortionate. I didn't venture out of the hotel but it seemed a fairly quiet area with little life apart from the boats travelling up and down the river.

Extra-costs for Wellness / Spa are okay - as long as the Spa works properly. This was not the case. Furthermore is was pretty cold in the Relaxing-area. If you are seeking wellness and some relaxing-time, rather pick another hotel. The rest of the hotel was fine and the staff friendly. Very comfortable beds. The neighbourhood is not the best, though.

Nice Hotel but NOT so friendly staff!!”
The hotel facilities and the rooms are perfectly fine, but the day we arrived we had a problem with the shower, it was damage! When we ask the receptionist to help us, her replied was: "I'm alone and there is nothing I can do, but you can take a shower on the Sauna". For a hotel of this level, with the money you pay for a room, this kind of attitude from the staff is unacceptable. We paid a room with bathroom and shower, I expect to received that. Finally someone came to change the hose of the shower, which at the end it was me who fix it, as their staff had no idea how to. Apart from this unfriendly receptionist and the episode with the shower, everything else was fine.

Good value for money”
It was a nice stay,spacious and tidy. It is located on riverbank, where you can have some drinks sitting above the water, enjoy the sunshine if lucky. Breakfast is 4-star compatible. Sona is a tiny one which could be functional, maybe much hotter when you try. In a nutshell, a comparatively good choice.

TOTALLY MISLEADING. TOTALLY!”
My very fair advice is that the hotel should be ashamed of themselves, calling it a 4 star hotel. The hotel is NOTHING ABOVE 2 STAR. There is no shuttle to the airport as they say. You have to go to the lobby to iron your clothes if you want because there is no iron in the room, neither are they going to send one up. The doors to the hotel are all manual doors so you have to manage your bags and open the doors yourself because there is no doorman. Old bicycles parked in front of the hotel. The mattress in my room sank in in the centre. EVERYTHING HAD SOMETHING TO COMMENT ON. For a one night emergency stay where all other hotels and hostels are booked, it is fine, BUT HERE IS NOT WHERE YOU WANT TO SPEND SO MUCH MONEY FOR A RELAXING VACATION. STAY AWAY!
