Professional receptionist ”
The filipina receptionist was well experienced and didn't even take 10 minutes for check in. We have booked 6 rooms and all rooms were neat and clean. The 3 things which needs to be fixed 1. Had to wait for bath towel almost 2 hours 2. Bathroom drainage is not maintained well, water was coming out of the drainage pipe if the shower pipe was on for 5 minutes 3. TV channels are only Arabic.

I saw two cockroaches during my stay. One big cockroach in the bathroom and one small cockroach on bed. Housekeeper was nice to take out the big cockroach but the small one was well hidden behind the bed.

Old construction some where paint removed, no service without call, complementary items like Tea/Coffee sugar milk, Tissue box, Toothbrush, Iron and it's board, Small fridge not working these are all not available which is primary needs i couldn't recommend to my friends sorry

No hot water. TV remote is super dirty. Maintenance is bad bulbs are fused. Too rusty metallic fixtures. I can feel the sharp spring from the mattress came out of the surface.

Make sure to check the sheets if they are new and clean because we had to ask to transfer to another room because the sheets were soiled and the room smells.

The room is not cleaned good. Aircondition is given very abnormal sound. No Towel available on request after long time provide only one towel and have been told that they will provide another once they received from laundry. Bathroom floor drain is without cover. Room smells very bad. No basic needs available in room like a tea or coffee water only 2 small bottles. No water cattle for heating water for making tea or coffee.
