Worst hotel in the world. So dirty.. Yuck! We paid online but while we reach and see all by eyes then we changed our decision. Wasted our money and time. I will not recommend this hotel to any one.

Terrible”

Bad Hotel, Poor Quality, Sub-Standard Service”

When we arrived into the city, I rang the hotel to ask directions. The receptionist was very, very rude over the phone. On arrival, we (myself and a male friend [both straight]) were given a double bed. After raising the issue with the staff, we were told to take it or leave it. Fortunately we found another matress in the room and, as there was only one blanket in the room, we asked for more bedding. They promised to give us an extra blanket and bedsheet, but they never delivered. 10pm arrives and the hotel erupts into violent shouts, loud music from other rooms, dogs barking outside and a crazy witch-like cackling sound from reception! This lasted until 3am. At approximately 3.15am hotel staff start to vaccuum the corridors! This continued until almost 4am. After 50 minutes of light sleep, I had to wake up to run the UAE RAK Half Marathon!! We left the hotel at 5.30am and checked out at the same time. Never to return again. And that's a PROMISE!

A hotel surrounded by garage ”

At first I want to mention that I have to call several times to get the location but staff failed to give me the land mark of the hotel. Reception staff are not cooperative at all. Hotel entrance is very dirty which make me vary sad.

Cheap rest house, near to city but unclean room”

The rest house is surrounded by car repairing garage. May fit for bachelor who wants to stay cheap near to city. We found the room and bathroom unclean and people were smoking in the stairs.

部屋は広かったですけど、部屋の清潔度は普通。綺麗でも無く、不潔でも無く。でもスタッフのインド人の方達はとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。

فندق قذر”

لم أقيم في الفندق استبدل صاحب الفندق الاقامة بليلة واحده في فندق لنفس المجموعة ولكن كلها مجموع شوهت أقودا بشكل رهيب ولا انصح اقودا او القائمين عليها بضم هذا الفندق لمجموعة الفنادق لديها لما فيه من سوء المعاملة وتردي المستوى لما هو دون الصفر
