Mixed experience ”
We was asked to stay at Al Maha Arjaar eventhough we already booked at another Rotana hotel and our booking was confirmed. We were told that unfortunately we do not have a option but to stay at the alternate which I found to be highly unacceptable. It was further from where we wanted to be. Parking is very limited at the hotel and actually nightmare. Besides the terrible introduction we had with staying at a alternative Rotana hotel, the facilities were great, rooms were spacious and very clean. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

We stayed at al Rawda for 3 nights. The staff great, especially the Manager, Mr Ahmed, who is probably the best hotel manager that I have ever met, always cordial, really cared about us and knew almost everything a guest needs in Abu Dhabi (if he didn’t know, he contacted people who did) and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable! Hats off to you Ahmed! The studio apartment is too small for long term staying couples who like to cook. More Suitable for business travelers. We like the Rotana hotel brand - as you know that you will get what to expect every time!

OROS: The room wss very good. Service was outstanding. Staff was always polite and professional ☺️. Very good location CONS:. TV channel selection was the worst of anywhere I have been in the UAE. I got tired of watching the news 😱 especially since breakfast was only Available in the rooms. I strongly suggest having an assisted buffet as similar hotels are already doing. 🤔
