Good location, average service, no covid measures”
We visited Alcor in Jan 2021. To start with the resort is slightly away from the fort area and when we visited was nearly empty. Both of which are good things. We had a good time lazing around and sun bathing. When we checked in we found one of the blankets completely stained. Which was later changed on request. The rooms are Ok though not great and felt like old and heavily used. The cleanliness was good though. However, the service and hospitality left much to be desired. We were a family with both young and old. On our final day, we wanted to leave early due to long drive and farmer protest and requested them to provide breakfast at 7:00 AM. They promptly refused saying we're serving guests drinking till mid night and cook/chef will not be able to wake early tomorrow.

We stayed here for one night with family in the family room. They have only one family room here with occupancy of 4 adults. Big put off is, the entrance to the family room is through the restaurant. Other rooms have dedicated entrance. Food was ok types. Service is not that fast. They made a bonfire which was nice. Overall, not value for money. We were disappointed with the stay and food!

You will not want to be anywhere else. It is the most lovely plaec with very trying and corteous staff willing to go extra mile to giev you best. You will love to be here. it is beautiful, relaxing and has all ameneties you would require.. spacious and hygenic rooms. Great pool and spacious property. Food is awesome better than many other restraunts in udaipur.

Property is good but location is not good. No shops, eating place till one drives 4/6 kms. Must have own conveyance. Bathrooms need improvement. Spa is good. Staff is helpful.
