Fantastic 5 Star Hotel”
I've travelled and stayed at many of 5 Star Hotel around the world..Hyatt Capital Gate is among the best i've stayed.The room was very nice and comfortable and the bathroom was huge and awesome..the view was beautiful, facing the gulf sea..I am from construction background and i was amazed with the level of workmanship in this hotel..It was perfect..Althought the room was curvy, but the way they lay the tile and terminate the tile especially at the edge was perfect and also how they fit in the built in furniture..it was planned perfectly..The Building was perfectly built..Definetely Hyatt Capital Gate will my 1st choice if i come to Abu Dhabi again..

Excellent hotel”
Very high quality, we got a good deal with two nights for the price of one. The quality of the staff was excellent, room service was fantastic and very reasonable. Reception was great printing a last minute email I needed. The restaurant is definitely worth trying. Drinks as expected in Abu Dhabi are as usual expensive however a nice touch that price quoted includes the 10% And the 6% already so no surprises. The room was fantastic on the twenty ninth floor and floor to ceilng windows. My only criticism was I had to pay for wireless and it was very slow. Overall however the best hotel we have stayed in in Abu Dhabi. We live there and have tried quite a few.

Fantastic Stay”
I had a superb stay in Hyatt Capital Gate, the check in process was fast. The room is really specious and nicely looking, it is nicely organised, and it has a nice view of the sunset of the Capital. The hotel has a nice Spa facilities and a good size gym with a good variety of workout machines and free weights. The hotel has one restaurant only plus the room service, according to the staff because it's considered a small hotel "only from the 18th floor onward" . The only thing that I think needs to be looked at, but according to the hotel staff it is in all Hyatt Hotels, whenever the amount spend on your bill exceeds your deposit, the hotel will authorise a higher amount, I've stayed in many other chains and I settle my bill upon check out without being charged during my stay.

Our stay was amazing meeting the expectations of a 5 star hotel. The room was large and spacious with well equipped facilities. The bathroom was large with an impressive bath. The bed was large,soft mattress and offered an extremely comfortable nights sleep. The décor inside the hotel was modern and eye catching and the outside design was unique. The swimming pool overhanging the 19th floor which offered great views of the surrounding area and pool side staff were attentive. Would stay in The Hyatt Capital Gate again and would fully recommend.

We highly recommend the service that Andaz Capital Gate have. They provided us with the things that we need promptly. The bathtub was nice, my kids loved it. The food in 18 degrees is very delicious as well. They also gave us complimentary roll up bed. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you very much.

Fantastic as always”
We used to live in Abu Dhabi and stay here for a treat. Now when we visit it is the only hotel we stay in. Staff are excellent. Normal size rooms are fine but anything a little bigger is excellent. Due to the design views are always great with floor to ceiling windows in every room and the rooms start on the 20th floor. Spa and pool is also good. Room service is very good value, it is probably cheaper to have breakfast a la carte in your room as tea coffee available rather than a buffet downstairs. A great hotel.

Abu Dhabi (sea view and city view). Its unique design makes the hotel special looking. The services are good and foods are suitable for Chinese. The location is not in downtown but convenient if you drive a car. It is not far from the city central and by drive only 15 minutes to Emirates Palace and beach.

One of the BEST hotels I have ever stayed in.”
I stayed here because I was trapped in Abu Dhabi for a couple of days. The staff were the best I have ever encountered in 30 years of travelling. Anoushka, Olivia, Shiela and Jhonathon, made sure my stay was a great pleasure. I booked this hotel on the spur of the moment, and it turned into a wonderful 2 days. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel.

A modern hotel”
I stayed at Hyatt Capital Gate for 2 nights with my girlfriend from 29 Dec to 31 Dec. The outlook of the hotel is modern and wonderful. Although the breakfast had limited choices to choose, the venue for taking breakfast was amazing and I strongly suggest you to sit outdoors to enjoy the breakfast. THe room is huge and the bed is excellent. The bathroom is big too and there is a wonderful bathtub.

Rooms great but some issues.. ”
Yes, good.. convenient to where i was working.. Hotel looks great and the rooms are great... Excellent value if you can get a discounted deal. Areas for improvement are that it can be a long wait to get a taxi... the hotel needs a relationship with a local limousine company or a faster way to order cabs. Also, the swimming pool hours are far too restrictive... It is a nice pool but not very wide so it can only accommodate a few people... To make matters worse it is only open from 7.00am to 8.00pm and so if you are in Abu Dhabi for business there is no chance to go for a swim before work (it should be open from 6.00am) and it can be difficult to swim after work when it becomes popular (it should close at 10.00pm).
