Very good location, close to kantstrasse and kurfurstundumm, Easy to get around, staff are friendly and helpful, The wifi was very slow and sometimes disconnect, we didnt like that our room didn't has a street view and only looked at inner court yard.

We paid 100 euros for 2. The appart was beautiful. The bed was comfortable but the third is un sofa morph on bed and less comfortable. Also the window doesn't open The rest is very good. Bathroom, kitchen and the equipment, the bed, the geographic situation.

The elevator did not work throughout my stay (5 nights) and in spite of staff's promises, it was not fixed. The same about replacing a light bulb in the bathroom - 5 night with hardly any light in the bathroom. Hotel is next to an active train line that works day and night which makes the noise unbearable and you must close the windows to get some sleep. I did ask in advance for a quiet room and when I asked the staff at the hotel about this they said - too bad, nothing can be done about it... In spite of the cleanliness and good location I will not recommend this hotel.

Only 1 bedroom not suitable for 2 families, no privacy on the open bedroom with single toilet. Broken curtains could not cover the windows. Hardly having good sleeping for all. Old apartment with lacks of cleaning.

Don’t stay here!”

This place is right beside the train system and trains go by every few minutes. Very loud. This place does not offer air conditioning and only provide a small fan. Very hot rooms. If you open a window all you hear are the trains all night. You will not get any sleep if you stay here. I stayed Sept 2022. Never again.

Wir waren über Neujahr 5 Nächte in Berlin. Das Apartment ist sehr gut gelegen, S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Bus, alles in der Nähe, direkte S 9 zum Flughafen. Das Apartment war gross genug für 3 Personen, mit Küche gut ausgestattet. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Aufgrund des Datums war der Preis natürlich höher, aber für die Lage und Ausstattung ok.

Wir haben 2 Nächte in Berlin in einem 3 Bett Zimmer verbracht und es hat alles gut funktioniert. Für unseren Zweck war es optimal. Natürlich hat das Hotel auch noch andere Zimmer und Ferienwohnungen. Insgesamt zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und wir haben immer einen kompetenten Ansprechpartner gehabt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und für uns gab es nichts zu klagen. Danke!
