Great central apartment”
Nice big apartment on the 7th floor in a very central location with easy transit or walking to many neighbourhoods. Apartment was clean, with separate kitchen, dining and living room. Big bedroom with a two twin mattress bed, making it a comfortable king as well as a wardrobe for hanging clothes and a dresser with drawers. Bathroom has a deep tub and shower head, heated towel rack and washing machine to do laundry. Large windows that open in both the living and bed rooms. Grocery stores, restaurants, very large shopping mall, memorials and landmarks, tiergarten park all nearby Suggestions : Shower head is attached to the wall and doesn’t slide up enough for a tall person to stand under the water. Replace it with a longer shower bar and problem solved. Information/ options about recycling in the city needed as only one large garbage bin is provided. Apartment seemed a bit dim in the evenings so perhaps brighter ceiling lights though table lamps are in bed and living room. Loved it!

Spectacular and spacious Apartment”
The apartment was perfect for our group that went to Berlin to run the marathon. Plenty of room and very clean. Easy access to the U train system. Many places to eat, with a variety of food in walking distance. Grocery shopping and Mall of Berlin within 2 blocks. Brandenburger Gate was a 5 minute walk. 25 minute to Berlin airport by taxi. Many historical places to see in Berlin. We had 2 bedrooms but only 1 bath which was okay for our small group of 3 but could be an issue with larger groups. Bath tub was raised and bottom was super slippery and all 3 of us nearly fell our first time getting in/out. All-in-all a conveniently wonderful place to stay.

AMAZING!!’ Can’t fault it ”
The place was awesome. I’ve never stayed in such a good value apartment. Location was brill with it a five min walk from the SBahn. Flat so clean and tidy. Really modern. Only con is the building work is a bit noisy but we were up and out early so didn’t impact us too much. Also would have loved an iron as had washing machine and ironing board but needed to iron some clothes. Thanks for s great stay

Great place to stay to see Berlin, easy to collect keys after hours, polite and friendly staff to help us extend check out time, clean and well functioning apartment. Location is honestly perfect for sightseeing, lots of places in walking distance :) The only small negative was that the apartment was too hot! I think the central heating is very powerful and even when turned off we had to open windows at night to sleep, in October! But overall, amazing!

Great place, but some drawbacks”
Lets begin with the bottom line - this is a great place, especially in comparison to the alternatives, fantastic location, very nice apartment and not many drawbacks. I give this apartment 5 stars without a blink. However, there is room for improvement: 1. The kitchen light did not work. we didn't tell them about it since it wasn't a big deal, but it shouldn't have been broken in the first place 2. They provide dishwasher soap but not laundry detergent nor shampoo. Although detergent costs around 1 euro at the supermarket for 1 kilo of detergent it was a hassle to bring and carry from the supermarket, its a negligible cost but annoying 3. no microwave, that is a bit disappointing Other than that, it was perfect.

Center location spacious and well equipped ”
The apartments are spacious. Few years ago we had a studio as a couple and came back to a two bedrooms appartement with our 2 kids. They provided a high chair and we rented a baby bed. Apartments are cleaned and very well equipped! Staff is helpful. Located right next to the Brandenburger Tor. Easy access to supermarket, pharmacy and public transport. We would come back for sure!

Great location, helpful staff”
The location is great, in the middle of everything you need to see. Just walking out of yhe building you find memorials, monuments. The zoo and aquarium were few minutes away riding the 200 bus which runs every five mins, bus stop right outside building. The apartment was spacious, big rooms, bathrooms could use a little update but fine. Mi kids are 10,9,8,2 and 6mo and it was a great place for them. Loved this place.the staff was incredibly helpful, we arrived late and were left with instructions on how to get to apartment. They have great customer service.

I had read many reviews of this apartment and as a result I was a little apprehensive when I had booked until we checked in. The apartment is located in East German part of Berlin and the hallway do have the typical East German feel. Hallways were well lit and staff at reception were helpful. Yes there is a rental agreement but it is sufficiently explained and is no drama.. The apartment itself is excellent, it is well equipped and spacious. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The apartment is well located to all the landmarks and also to s and u Bahn and also to Berlin Hauptbahnhof. We went to the NYE party at Brandenburg Gate but could not wait the 6 hours for the fireworks so we headed back to the apartment. We had the most amazing view of all firework displays. A Following improvements to be considered there should be a iron , basic toiletries, enough toilet paper for the duration of the stay and washing powder for the washing machine.

Very very great location”
Located right behind the jews holocaust and less than 5 mins walking distance to the brandenburg gate. We had the apartment with 3 rooms, a living room and a kitchen. All rooms were spacious. Only downside is that we were a group of 6 adults whom stayed for 4 nights and requested for an extra roll of toilet paper but the management said they couldnt give us an extra roll. We had to buy it ourselves from the supermarket nearby. Would have been great if they could give us an extra roll. It wouldnt cost them much to provide us an extra roll.

Very spacious in a great location”
Check in and out was very efficient, they were helpful letting us store our luggage whilst we were out. A very large spacious apartment that was very clean and comfortable. Situated in a good place, near to a supermarket, great bike cafe and some restaurants.

Apartment was spotless and new Facilities were clean and usable. My mother is a quite an OCD mom, she was very satisfied with the overall conditon of the apartment. The staff were helpful and friendly too. Location is good as it is near supermarket, decent restaurants and transport. Highly recommend!

The staff were helpful and the apartment was large. It’s very near the Brandenburger Gate (which is really empty if you go early in the morning for photos with the gate without the other tourists). The apartment while very well-equipped is without an air-con so it might get warm. Fortunately it rained on one of the days we were there so it was cooler but the other day was warm even with the windows open. There isn’t any fan so if you’re really scared of heat in summer, you might need a mini fan.

Well located, super friendly and clean”
The location of these apartments is just inside the Brandenburg gates and within walking distance of most of the former East Berlin sites. Check in was seamless and the apartments were spotless. My group would definitely stay there again.

Stay here in the studio for two nights, the location is perfect and the staffs are super nice! There are nice restaurants and cafes and supermarkets nearby, public transportation is also very accessible. Highly recommend

Great location, nice but stark ”
This apartment is in a fantastic location , 1 block from unter den linden street, 1 block up from Brandenburg gate. The place is clean and huge, just a bit lacking in character. No carpets or built ins, minimal decoration, very utilitarian The bathroom had a small lip at the threshold, easy to stub toes. The bathroom has a tub which has a high side and is narrow. There's a washer which is great to have. Could use a microwave in the kitchen. The staff was very helpful This place is great for space and location - it's not trying to be the Ritz

Exceptional”
An extra mirror (only one available apart from vanity in the bathroom) would be convenient given ours was a two bedroom apartment. An additional or larger closet in the main bedroom would also be welcome given the space available (the smaller bedroom had the same closet plus a drawer cabinet).
