We had a great time here, the appartement was clean and very spacious, yet cozy. It has a great location, very close to the lake and the town centre; we could put on our inline skates right at the door and reached the inline&#47;cycling path within 5 minutes. We had everything we needed in this comfortable appartement, and the owner was always very helpful; the communication with him was smooth and pleasant. It was our second time in this place and we will definitely come back soon!

Mein Apartment hatte alles zu bieten, was man so benötigt. Zudem war das Bett sehr bequem und das Haus insgesamt ruhig, was ich als sehr angenehm empfand. Ich wurde freundlich begrüßt, alles lief sehr unkompliziert ab. Die Lage der Unterkunft könnte fast nicht besser sein - See, Schloss und Innenstadt sind fußläufig innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar.

Kleines Zimmer, aber mit einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank&#47;Kammer und einer zweiten Ebene ein kleines Raumwunder und dadurch ideal für Familien mit einem Kind. Gepäck und Kinderwagen können in der Kammer verschwinden. Kind schläft oben und man ist zwar im gleichen Zimmer aber doch räumlich getrennt. Kleine Küchenzeile reicht für Frühstück und andere kleine Mahlzeiten.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und sehr grün. Der Garten sieht gemütlich aus. Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft.
Es gab keine Leselampe, nur das Deckenlicht. Dass der Hund 10 Euro Aufschlag kostet (mehr als 20% des Zimmerpreises) wurde weder vorher kommuniziert noch quittiert. Im Bad kein Lichtschalter, nur Bewegungsmelder. D.h. beim Duschen geht das Licht aus, aber wenn man nur Mal kurz im Bad war, läuft danach gefühlt ewig der Ventilator und leichte das Licht.

Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und das Badezimmer ebenfalls. Der telefonische Kontakt ist sehr freundlich und die Schlüsselübergabe per Code-Box kein Problem. Das Haus insgesamt ist sehr schön und die Anbindung zum nächsten Restaurant per Fuß zu erreichen.
Mein Zimmer die Nummer 13 ist recht klein, was ja kein Problem ist, aber dann ist der kleine Raum auch noch mit einer improvisierten Küche ausgestattet und das hätte denke ich nicht nötig getan. Der kleine Kühlschrank ist so laut das ich den Stecker ziehen musste. Das Bett knarrt, kratzt und ist für Menschen die größer als 1,9m ungeeignet. Der WLAN Empfang ist in dem Zimmer Glücksache, im Flur ist er okay, aber da wollte ich mich ja nicht hinsetzen.
