Alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt bis auf die Reinigungsgebühr und Ein und Auscheckzeiten...”

– der große Vorraum, so dass man sich nicht im Weg steht (besonders für Familien...) – der Blick durchs Panoramafenster im Wohnzimmer – Dusche und Toilette getrennt – reichlich Bettzeug – Leselampen am Bett – WLAN einwandfrei – Balkon – Ausstattung der Küche lässt kaum Wünsche offen – ruhig
- Geruch (aber nach einem Tag haben wir ihn nicht mehr wahr genommen) - kein Radio - Sofa extrem weich und durchgelegen - Lüftung für Badezimmer laut - hohe Reinigungskosten, wobei das Bett be- und abziehen wir machen mussten - späte Eincheck- (ab 15.30 Uhr), frühe Auscheckzeit (bis 9.30 Uhr) kleinlich fanden wir folgende Bestimmungen bezüglich Verlassen der Wohnung: - 5 Euro Gebühr für nicht Abziehen je Bett - 10 Euro für Müll nicht wegbringen - 10 Euro für Geschirr nicht wegräumen --> die Reinigungsgebühr betrug immerhin bereits 73 Euro.... nicht zwingend schlecht, aber dennoch noch gut zu wissen: - Die Anlage ist abgelegen, daher Anreise mit Auto empfehlenswert - Bushaltestelle 300 m entfernt (Bus fährt selten) - Fußweg nach Winterberg ca. 30 Minuten - weiche Matratzenauflagen (Abhilfe: Auflagen entfernt und direkt auf den Matratzen geschlafen, die sind härter)

Sehr freundliches Personal, gute Übergabe der Papiere und sehr freundliche Hilfe als ich mich verfahren hatte zur Unterkunft. Daumen hoch Und die Probleme in der Unterkunft die ich sofort gemeldet hatte, wurden noch am selben Tag beseitigt.

Schöne Wohnung, Winterberg Fußläufig zu erreichen”

Die Wohnung war ordentlich und sehr schön eingerichtet, das Internet super und man konnte Zufuß über verschiedene Wege nach Winterberg.
Für die Übergabe des Schlüssels musste man erst in den Ort. Das Zustellbett war nicht bequem. Leider war das Schwimmbad Corona bedingt zu, das hätte vorher kommuniziert werden können. Das Gebäude an sich war nicht so schön.
