Unfortunately we didn't enjoy our stay at all. Our apartment welcomed us with water leaking from the kitchen water heater, clogged toilet and extremely dirty windows - like literally fingerprints all over, and I mean prints of dirty fingers. The swimming pool was open from 4 pm till 7.45 pm - big disappointment, forget about mornings at the pool. But the worst part was the hotel restaurant located just next to apartments, playing very loud music late at night each night! We had to call the reception every single night (around 1 or 2 am) to complain. So if you look for peaceful, quiet place to relax and rest - this is NOT the place.

Not upto the expectations ”
The type of rooms are a townhouse building of two floor building with each floor 4 or 5 apartments, its more to line of buildings rather than resort. The buildings are a bit old and not well maintained. Couldn't see the swimming pool or the green areas. A big thumps up for the reception manager.

Nice quite place ”
Its a good places to go and stay with family and friends. Its good if your going in a group to Al Ain for 2 to 3 days. Its better to have a food from out side than you depend on the hotel restaurant. All the major attraction are about 15 to 30 min away from the hotel. The hotel is very clean with a security at the gate. We have taken 4 rooms in a 2BHK apartment. There is summing pool with a life guard.

We loved it! We were only booked for 1 night at 2-bedroom suite and we had to extend another night because it is just great! We were given a pool access room. The suite is fully furnished with kitchen, laundry room and balcony. It was very clean and the best part of our stay is that it is very COZY! The pool is great too with temp control. The staff are very friendly. The lifeguard (Randy) is very attentive and customer service driven. He even taught us to play table tennis and would give out swimming instructions to young kids. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Apartement Hotel at Good Location”
Staying at this Apartement for 5 night have good impression of this hotel, one bedroom apartement, kitchen, family room, 2 bathroom, gardens, gym, swiming pool, table tennis, close to small local shops, 3 km from new wahat hili mall (same stree). Recomend to stay. The only disturbance is from guest in the upper floor that had the party until 4 o clock in teh morning that make noisy.

The longer we stayed, the more we liked it.”
We weren't greatly impressed at first: it was confusing just trying to find where to check in, then they only had a room with two twin beds on the pool deck available, even though we had booked weeks in advance. However, it turned out that we enjoyed the poolside room, as it allowed us to come and go in our beach clothes with ease. The level of service was exemplary, the restaurants were notable, the gym well equipped, and the scenery absolutely breathtaking. It is a lovely, lovely place, and once you settle in, it is difficult to have to leave.

Best short break with kids”
Excellent short break with the kids in the long weekend. The pool, play area and park are awesome. Kids played while we made BBQ in the private park area. Rooms are clean and big, beds are comfy. Kitchen has plates and utensils. Pots to use with the electric stove. Microwave. Negatives, - The balcony door of the flat wouldn't lock. - Toaster was not working in just about all room of our friends too - Many of the rooms do not have direct access to the pool/park.

I expected better”
Our room had only four beds even though we were a party of five. A fold-up bed was brought in after we went back to ask for it. The kitchen was equipped with four of everything..... quite awkward when there is five people in the apartment. Shower curtain didn't reach the ground so the bathroom floor got soaked. Basic but clean..... I expected better for a 3-star hotel

1 bedroom Apartment F8 was spacious and clean. Last minute booking so didn't have many options. It is OK I mean apartments is clean bed is nice, big kitchen. Overall it would do the job but nothing unique. But AC was noisy sometimes, no soap, shower gel or Shampoo in the bathroom, no shade in the pool are and it was 42 degrees. cushions were not enough for all sunbeds. Staff were nice except one guy who I saw spitting and burbing every time I went out in the balcony. The place has a lot of potential and can be an amazing resort with some attention to some details.
