Außergewöhnlich”

Es war sehr geräumig. Man hatte viel Platz. Es war alles was man brauchte vorhanden. Am besten hat uns gefallen, dass man Fenster in alle Himmelsrichtungen hatte, wodurch die Räume freundlich und hell waren. Falls wir mal wieder nach Sylt reisen sollten, würden wir wieder hier buchen.
Die Treppe hoch in den ersten Stock war etwas eng und man musste schon aufpassen beim Hinabgehen. Das war aber nicht schlimm. Die hellen, freundlichen Räume, machten das wieder wett.

Trotz Mängel war es ein schöner Urlaub”

Die Lage war gut, nicht weit vom Zentrum.
Kaffeefilter war längere Zeit in der Kaffeemaschine, Fernseher im Schlafzimmer war defekt, 2 Kaffeetassen waren am Rand beschädigt, beim Haarfön konnte man die Düse nicht richtig befestigen.

Die zentrale Lage und das unkomplizierte einchecken schon um 13.00 Uhr ( normalerweise 15.00 )
Die Wohnung liegt im Souterrain ( das war bei der Buchung nicht direkt zu erkennen ) und ist dadurch relativ dunkel. Der Boden ist Renovierungsbedürftig. Die gesamte Einrichtung könnte ebenfalls mal erneuert werden. Es ist zwar alles soweit in Ordnung aber doch schon ein paar Jahre in Benutzung und könnte modernisiert werden.Leider wurde neben der Wohnung ein neues Haus gebaut, dadurch war es recht schmutzig im Aussenbereich, aber das sollte sich in den nächsten zwei Monaten erledigt haben. Wir waren schon sehr oft auf Sylt und das war leider die schlechteste Ferienwohnung für den Preis.

Wir würden nie wieder Keller- oder wie hier genannt- Untergeschosswohnungen mieten.”

Im Prinzip ansprechend möblierte und ausgestattete Wohnung, gutes WLAN, Parkplatz reserviert, gute Lage zum Zentrum von Westerland, Flachbild-TV, Bad in Ordnung. Betten bequem, gute Matratzen.
Wohnung im Keller, Deckenhöhe nur 2,2 m. Unabhängig von Wetter draussen und Tageszeit ewig zu dunkel, Hängeleuchte über dem Esstisch fehlt. Rollos im Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer beim Öffnen oder Schliessen leicht verhakt. Durchlüften der Räume schwierig.

Super Lage in Westerland. 4 Autominuten vom Verladebahnhof entfernt. 350 bis 400 m vom Strandübergang "Himmelsleiter" und dem Aquarium entfernt. Ca 600 m von der Einkaufszone Westerland gelegen. Restaurants in der Nähe. Fahrradverlei in der Nähe. Großer Supermarkt "Famila" mit Bäcker in der Nähe ( 4 Autominuten), eigener Parkplatz vorm Haus.
Im gleichen Haus sind 4 Ferienwohnungen. Zwei davon sind im Obergeschoss bzw. unterm Dach, diese sind sehr hell und freundlich, wie die Fotos im Internet zeigen. Appartement Nr. 5 und Nr. 6 liegen allerdings im Souterrain. Sind deshalb natürlich dunkler, aber haben trotzdem normal große Fenster. Das Badezimmer ist innenliegend ohne Fenster. Zum Buchungszeitpunkt war ich allerdings froh überhaupt noch eine bezahlbare Wohnung in dieser top Lage mit eigenem Parkplatz zu bekommen.

Wo fange ich an, es hingen Spinnen an den Wänden, es war hinter den Fenstern extrem dreckig durch die Baustelle nebenan, die Wohnung war klein, eng und nicht sonderlich ansprechend ausgestattet. Wir haben uns für das Geld was es gekostet hat nicht so wohl gefühlt. Würden das Appartement nicht wieder buchen.

Aufgrund des starken Ungezieferbefalls kann leider keine bessere Bewertung gegeben werden. Vom Vermieter wurde es leider nicht richtig ernst genommen. Also wohnten wir mit sage und schreibe10 Tage mit 3 Ungeziefer Nestern in diesem Haus!
