The hotel offered us assistance with pick us from the train station. The guys were so friendly and helpful, and helped us with ski hire too. Made the trip much easier. Thank you!

ok. it is time to retrofit and upgrade. look a bit run down but rooms ok.

It's quite good than I expected, but you need to bring your own food in case you're a picky eater, they only served chinese food!

Location, ok because we hired a car and driver , going to the cable car about 10 mins drive. Lobby ok but not grand. The room we booked included breakfast. We are Muslim family so we need to choose what we can eat, the supervisor uncharged kitchen is so good, he gives my husband vegetarian food and fruits to take with us bcos we dont eat at the restaurant , we had to rush to mudanjiang..much obliged to him, forgot to ask his name!! According to my husband, they have so much food . What I don't like is, most Chinese guest are smokers, at the lobby when we are waiting for our guide, suddenly I was choking, when I looked up a few men are happily smoking. As you know this is winter, outside very cold, doors are closed, inside, heater are warm, with the smokes , its hard to breath. This is not the only place, most places Chinese men they forgot about the women that elergic to smokes. Rooms are so spacious and nothing to comment, all are convenient.. The heating system is good. The bar and other places I did not explore and had no comment. During our visit only the girl at the reception speak English, the rest maybe not.

this is a nice hotel. It is clean and people are friendly. If you want to ski and do not ask too much, this hotel may be good for you. It is very close to the train station and they have shuttle bus. If you go there for others, you may have transportation problem as no taxi and difficult to catch the bus. You may try to find a private car and it takes about 30 minute driving to the small town.

Upper-end hotel, but look out for charges!”

the hotel is great and the rooms are huge. our room was very cold our whole stay and we could not get it to heat up above 17 or 18 degrees. facilities are well maintained, everything clean. but we ate in the hotel restaurant and were told the prices were going to be higher than the prices listed on the menu (which were already exhorbitant). we've lived in china almost 9 years, and our small meal.

服务和客房一般”

晚上空调机发出大噪音，打电话给前台一直没有人上来修，最后被逼把空调机关了。 退房前台态度超差，已经三番四次告诉他们很急但还是慢慢吞吞。

1.有火车站接送服务，很好 2.房间很大，床也很舒服，窗口能看到新奥体滑雪场 3.滑雪场人太多。。。要自费 4.早餐很差，很差，很差，对不起五星级的房价

专业的服务，一流的设施，不太便利的交通”

房间设施完善，透过窗户可以看到滑雪场，景观很不错。交通不是很便利，需要自己联系车接送。酒店有自己的滑雪场，如果只是想体验一下滑雪的感觉，要求不是很高的话，可以就在酒店的滑雪场滑。

亚旺斯酒店离亚布力南站很近，不过距离新体委滑雪场比较远，需要自己联系当地的车。酒店自己也有个滑雪场，不过雪道比较一般。在酒店的2天赶上大公司包场，需要错过饭点以后才能去餐厅用餐。不过餐厅的菜还是很不错的，性价比要较附近的农家饭好很多。

干净整洁装修一般”

房间简单整洁，装修一般不像5星级酒店，不过亚布力的酒店价格都偏贵，该酒店还算舒适，餐厅价格较贵，饭菜质量一般。
