The Front office staff were amazing. Polite and know their job very well. They were able to fulfill our request. The Buffet breakfast is good! Both of us had good breakfast every day. Good varieties. Just one suggestion : To have more varieties instead of repeating some of the items eg. Sausages & chicken slices. Chef Terence iss always around, so it was easy to approach him. Location is very good as it is walking distance to all eateries. We had a good time just taking it easy. Ample car park too. Thank you for an awesome stay. The room is clean, comfort, cosy to stay with. Hotel staff is very friendly and approachable. They do have their own basement parking space but with limited lots😅 But they will clean your car windscreen for better vision, such a small action but is the thought that count. Breakfast provided considered normal though but still recommend this hotel for everyone to stay. I will definitely go back to this hotel next time :)

The room was very big and comfortable, i book for 4 adults and it can accommodate to 6-7 adults tho. The location is strategic easy access to many eateries and attraction place The breakfast was delicious! I love it 😋 The scenery from my room was amazing & peaceful 🥰 Only one thing to improve, the bedsheet a bit smelly.. ☹️please use fabric refresher

The playground was amazing for our kids to stretch their legs after 9 hours of driving. The 2 beds 2 baths Suite came at a fantastic price and value. It was spacious living room. The car park was safe and manned by a guard. There were complaints about the cleanliness of toilet by other users, I think was acceptable. Will come back again.

Intially i wasnt sure as the hotel lobby is located above a mall..it looks very unassuming. But to my surprise, upon arriving to the lobby floor 3rd floor, the place looks very nice. Booked the family suite which is so spacious with all the amenities like coffee and water available..room is super clean and comfort spacious..definitely will come here again..would only suggest more breakfast variety for the buffet to improve..other than that, I am more than happy and would recommend anyone to come ove4

We booked for Deluxe Studio for 2 people but it is so spacious - can fit 4 people. Breakfast is okay - not many choices but enough. Improvement - the tiles is quite cold so if there is any carpet it will be so much better.

It’s a very nice stay with my families. Location is the near Tanah Rata town. Superior Room is spacious! Family suites with two bedrooms pun okay sgt sbb ada sofa bed, n large sofa. This hotel just lack of view. Breakfast ok, staffs ok, parking free, andd I really loveee babycot for my baby and it is freee. Family with babies, u may request the babycot! Fyi, this hotel above the mall. Modern decor. If u like British’s cottage feel decor, this one not for u. But overall, recommended!!

The location of the hotel is very convenient. There are night markets and a lot of food choices. Took bus from Ipoh to Cameron highland. It was so near to bus terminal with walking distance. The room is spacious sleigh good view. Highly recommended.

Me and my fiance stayed at this hotel during our visit to Cameron Highlands. The place is easily found, the reception is fast, room is very clean. The hotel has a great garden and near the mall where there are many shops and restaurantsin. Very near the taxi and bus station so we easily toured the Boh Tea Farm and other Tourist spots. We'll definitely stay here again when we visit Malaysia again.
