One of the BEST resort I have ever stayed!”
Hello Travellers, I am writing this review after my visit to resort for 2 nights stay in it. I must say that this is one of the best resort in Lonavala if you are looking to get relax yourself and enjoy the surroundings. It is convenient to reach, lot of transportation options are available considering its location. Good Parking space. Right from the entry resort is beautifully gardened with colorful flowers and plants which lightens up the surroundings. Small play area for kids, also other indoor games such as carrom, table tennis, foosball etc. Swimming pool is very clean. Resort premises is clean. Staff is very polite and supporting, right from the reception, room services and kitchen. Rooms are very very tidy and spacious, quick room services as on when requested. Descent sitting arrangements in resort premises provides adequate privacy when sitting outside, nice atmosphere in evening time to spend time outside the room. Veg-Non veg multi cuisine kitchen, food is just delicious. Quality and quantity is outstanding. They do have buffet system as well as a la-cart options. Provides complementary snacks as well. Best Resort to spend quality time with Family and Friends ”
We stayed for 3 nights with Breakfast plan. The best part is we were 5 members, so they gave us 2 rooms 318A and 318B, with a common door in between, so we all could be together in the same place and talk, play games etc. till late in the night. As it was a post Diwali week the resort was full. To our surprise the evening High Tea was complimentary for all guest. No exaggeration, the breakfast spread is no less than any 4 star property(live egg counter/south indian/milk cornflakes/fruits/cake/biscuits/tea/coffee...) Apart from cake and cookies, the high tea also included Ch. Kheema, next day was chat(4-5 options), next day was Pav Bhaji and Pakodas. I think we were lucky to them the high tea as it was Diwali time. The staff is very cooperative. They have children play area too which our kids enjoyed a lot. Super clean rooms and washrooms. They have a clean swimming pool and a very small pond with few fishes and 2 turtles. In spite of being right in city, they rooms inside are very peaceful and away from noise. Its a 5 start from me. 2 night stay in Deluxe Room”
Pros: 1. In the middle of city still calm and peaceful place 2. Cleanliness and hygiene is up to the mark 3. Maintenance, specially gardens, are commendable. 4. Colourful and bright flowers all around make you feel joyful and happy all the time, it’s a treat to your eyes. 5. Buffet breakfast and high tea - snacks are awesome and have a wide variety. 6. Play area for kids keep them busy and adults too can play along. 7. Staff is polite and co operative 8. Spanish theme ambience gives a graceful look and feel. Cons: 1. Rooms are small, not spacious 2. Cost is a bit high for the rooms 3. Eggs and sausages were cooked in the same pan so people like us who eat eggs but not non veg can’t have it Overall experience: We are more than happy with the food, ambience and cleanliness that we just ignored the cons.

I had gone on 13th feb on my husband s birthday along with in laws... Everyone enjoyed the time! In laws loved the evening free snacks they give on the weekends!! Who wouldn't love free food! But hey, it was tasty too!!! All facilities were very good .. very good option for young children as there were fish tanks and play area... So.. good for toddlers!

A wonderful weekend getaway place ”
Best place to stay as the rooms were clean and tidy, Staff was courteous. We had booked 2 adjoining rooms which were interconnecting which was the best thing for a family stay. The rooms were pretty spacious. Restaurant dining was not available due to the current COVID situation. All the food will be delivered to your rooms. The food menu is limited however the quality is Perfect 10/10..

I am staying here for a family emergency and the staff there made my stay about as good as it could be. In particular, Surekha at the front desk was very helpful and caring. The WiFi is also great and the hotel is clean. Would highly recommend it

Located at the prime space, the hotel is clean and family friendly even if you have infants during your stay. Food was good, staff was polite and friendly. Visited during Christmas , hotel was beautifully decorated and had special arrangements for guest's entertainment. Complimentary services too are available. Would definitely recommend it.

It's really a nice space to spend time with family. Resort is good, facilities are also average, prime and center location to cover all points in Lonavala, food options are good on weekend however in weekdays it's average. Pool and kids playing space is also located in center of resort. You guys will enjoy here. Overall experience with hotel is good.

Beautiful Property !!! ”
Its a beautiful property, located in the heart of Lonavala, The property is spacious and well maintained. With good staff and good service too. The room is well planned for comfort and all basic needs available. Enough plugs ( Charging Point) which is the need of the hour, Fridge, Study table, tepoy, Match box, Ashtray, Soda opener. Surprisingly a Bible and a Hindu Spritual Book too. Enough of light. But a white light would help the ladies to dress. TV (but no use its for a formality. No or hardly any channels working) Every room had a sitout with table and chairs for a nice evening and morning cup of tea or snack. We wanted to extend our stay but could not due to the SAD WI-FI CONNECTION and a next to nothing network inside the rooms. The only disappointment was the wifi which never connected or if connected then was not worth using. The food is AVERAGE in taste compared to the rates nothing to boast about but nothing to complaint too. Weekend special was free magic show and complimentary tea and snacks ( which we never availed) so cant comment. 0ver all a 8 out of 10. Just improve the WIFI connection and you are AWESOME.

It was good experience staying at this property. Very comfortable stay. Staff was good and cooperative. No delays in food order or any other service required. The hotel is centrally located in the market and easy access to nearby restaurants if you wish to explore food and shop around. In house restaurant is also good. Buffet breakfast can be made better with variety of non veg food.

Best location and best food!”
Everything was spot on! Right from the location to the room (about 6k per night) to the food we ordered. Please avoid if you are going for swimming pool. They let us check-in early and check-out late. The morning breakfast is out of this world. Buy it if it not included in your package. It is totally worth it.
