A nice homestay Bella Vista”
I really enjoyed staying here for 3 nights with 2 kids(3 yr & 6 yr). You will see old traditional style doors/others inside the home which reminded me of my grandparent's house :), they provided 2 rooms which were very comfortable for us. The outside view is also nice and an in-house cook available who made Veg food for us. so overall a budget stay & well-spent time and will revisit again, there is also nearby food available which you can order online.

Maintained by a few hard working women and an always agile man, this place is worth staying. Located amidst beautiful vintage cottages on Mount Pleasant Road, everyone will love this property. Be it the lawn, the drawing room with a great view of the Nilgiris, the cosy rooms, the heritage ambience inside the cottage, the dining room, the kitchen, the home made food, etc., etc., everything will make your stay really memorable.

Perfect place for wfh”
We travelled as a group and we worked for 2 days from this place and it was great. The view is just perfect and so are the rooms, staffs and facilities. Easily accessible, roads leading to the property are good, wifi is available but it wasn't working, and the airtel as well as jio network coverage is great, we used our hotspot to work. Also, there is a BBQ and bonfire available as well which is great. Overall a perfect place for a rejuvanted holiday.

Pros: The property is greatly maintained, clean and excellent service from staff. Good location too. Cons: Small rooms, less privacy- as you can hear noise from adjoining rooms

Good for a sleep at the budget price”
Rooms were clean but carry a soap and shampoo by yourself. Only hand wash is provided. One issue is that the room has 2 single bed and 2 single mattresses. Just be aware that if you are a couple, you cannot be in a single blanket while sleeping in a very cold condition.

Not suitable for people travelling with family ”
I travelled in March. The place in actual and pictures looks different. It's within residential area and the scenery nearby is not good. The property owner was barely available to talk. Moreover this property cooks non vegetarian food in premises and allows other guests to drink in common areas which is not ideal for people travelling with family. Rooms are small and don't have basic necessities like hot water kettles. Would not recommend people travelling with families to plan their stay here.
