The most special thing about this hotel, aside from it's great rooms, great location and great value for the price, is the caring team. The hotel provides services such as free luggage lockers, phone chargers borrowing, reading glasses borrowing, various types of pillows for those who suffer and much more. It is amazing.

Just got back from a three night break. Lovely hotel, very clean and tidy and with a nice modern decor. It's handy for the U-Bahn to get to all the tourist locations so it's in a good place. I'd certainly go back or recommend to friends.

Incredibly well situated”
This hotel is incredibly well situated just next to a subway station and about 15 min walk away from Alexanderplatz the main center spot in Berlin. We had a great stay in the hotel. Very friendly staff when we arrived. We haven't tested the restaurant which seems to be really nice because of the incredible number of Berlin street food spots we wanted to try out :) If you want to visit Berlin and wan't a simple yet good hotel, this should definitely be on your shortlist !

Not a soundproof room. When other guests closed their doors, the walls would shake. Air conditioning doesn't cool down the room, and if you leave it on for long enough it starts heating the room. As this was a summer visit, we needed to leave the window open at all times, which made it hard to sleep because of hearing outside noise. I didn't have breakfast because there are plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

It was our first time to try this Best Western hotel chain. I'm glad we did because it exceeded my expectations! Pia, one of the receptionists, assisted us from check-in to check-out. She even offered to print our boarding passes for us. The hotel's location was walking distance to the Spittelmarkt metro station, about 20/30-min walk away to Alexanderplatz (Alexa Mall). They had desktops at the lobby which you could use for free. Plus, the delicious complimentary lemon tea! The only downside was, since the area was kind of a hotel district, you could not see a lot of restaurants around. There were Chinese, German etc. Although there were a lot of pastry/coffee shops in the vicinity for breakfast.

A quiet, inexpensive hotel in the heart of Berlin”
I was greeted by receptionist and got my room in a moment, I had a room at top floor as I had requested, which was very bright and quiet. The whole area where the hotel is is very quiet on weekends. Spittelmarkt is a new development area in Berlin Mitte, close to most of Berlin's must see.

A good value, great location hotel in Berlin”
This is a value accommodation, make no mistake. It is well located In Berlin's Mitte quarter, a comfortable walking distance from museum island, the Berlin Dom and Nikolaiquarter. The rooms are tiny but clean. No fridge (or mini bar for that purpose), and no coffee-tea kit in the rooms, but their are air-conditioned and there is free wifi service. So - if you do not expect luxury - you'll probably be fine. On the up side there is a very good breakfast, and the staff are very nice and service oriented, and the hotel sits smack on an underground train station. In short - great for the budget minded traveler in Berlin.

The rooms were very clean and did not have any funny smells. The space however was very limited but for a weekend trip it was enough. My friend and I asked for a room on the back side on one of the top floors so we had no problems with noise. The staff was very friendly and helpfull if you needed anything. There are 4 - 5 stationary computers with internet access in the entry plus free wifi. For €9 extra we enjoyed the breafast buffet (from 7 - 11AM). They had absolutely everything you could possibly wish for right there. The ext subway station is only 2 mins away (Spittelmarkt). Also Check-Point Charlie is in walking distance (aprox 15 mins).

Good value 3 star hotel. Rooms are all en suite, clean and tidy. Buffet breakfast was nice - would have been nicer if hot rather than warm. Spittelmarkt U Bahn is 2 mins walk away. 10 - 20 mins walk to various tourist attractions; Checkpoint Charlie, Currywurst Museum, Museum of Modern Art. If you want a no frills, affordable hotel in a fairly central part of Berlin then this is a good hotel for you.

Good location, and helpful staff”
I stayed in this hotel with my sister, and we found the room to be quite spacious and very comfortable. Although there was no wifi in the room, there was excellent wifi in the lobby area and I could connect my computer to the internet through a router in our room, which was good. The hotel is very close to the Spittelmarkt subway station, which is only 3 stations away from the Alexanderplatz station, so it's easy to get anywhere from here. We found public transport from Spittelmarkt very simple to navigate, and it was a very easy 5 minute walk (or less!) from the station to the hotel. Breakfast was not included in our package, but we had the buffet breakfast each morning, and there was a good variety of foods, including fresh fruit, a variety of breads and cereals and other foods. As vegans, we did not find it difficult to eat a substantial breakfast each day. Staff were very helpful and had excellent English, which made our stay very comfortable. I would definitely return to this hotel.
