Wow, this hotel is really well placed right in the middle of Kursfurstendamm street. Great shopping and restaurants close by. Hop on Hop Off bus stop as well as U Bahn within 200 m. Breakfast was good, clean rooms and very helpful hotel staff. Price was really great considering the great location.

Great location, close proximity to trains. DM mart and Apotheke 1-2 mins walk. Restaurants downstairs and across the street were great. The staff at the hotel are amazing and accommodating. Thank you for making our stay so amazing!

How this hotel can be 4 star?”
I don't understand how this hotel is a 4 star hotel. It is the worst Best Western I have ever stayed. I stayed 4 days and there was internet connection only one day, the 2nd day. They said there is malfunction temporarily with the modem. No minibar or fridge in the room, no coffee machine, water heater is in the wardrobe that you have to carry to somewhere else to use it. We reserved for a queen size bed, they gave us 2 separate beds instead. 17 euros per person for a basic breakfast. Pros: Rooms are quiet, good sound isolation. Fast check in, responsive reception.

Perfect location and clean hotel”
My friends and I stayed at this hotel for Berlin Marathon and we booked the connecting rooms and it was great expect that there is no fridge in the room. The hotel is a few meters away from Kurfürstendamm metro and lots of restaurant choices along the area. Breakfast is overpriced but otherwise great hotel!

Had a great stay in this hotel, very few hotels have triple rooms but this one was large clean and great for groups. Hotel staff were helpful when one of our party had to check in early. Would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Nice hotel, we had a room with a view to the Kudam street. Very nice view..we were on the 6th floor that was quit..free wifi, the staff is very nice. Cons: breakfast is expensive so we preferred to eat outside...no cocktails bar at night.

Great Hotel, with great location, Nice rooms, but lacks cleaning”
We had great experience at the hotel, the frontdesk staff was very friendly and helpfull, location is central for shopping and sightseing. Rooms was good size, but lacks vacuuming..We found both dirt and glasshards on carpet. at one occation cleaning staff threw out personal items as trash. We stayed 6 nights, but no change of bedsheets. Breakfast was too expensive for the standard. Overall we had a great experience at the hotel, but with smaller issues.

It is a great location but through no fault of the hotel it is noisy and very dusty from the major construction taking place next door and the heavy traffic down K'Damm. Other than that the cleaners of the rooms are lovely but the emphasis is on getting used rooms ready for new clients rather than for guests staying for long periods. It needs to be addressed. In conclusion, i would return but it will have to be after construction has finished

walking distance to a good deal of yummy restaurants and to almost any shops and department stores; Shop till you drop. Great supports and service from the Staff. Good selections in Breakfast. Staying 10 nights (twin room) here and find the bed too small for any adult. Unfortunately the room we stayed in there's a sealing problem in the showering room ended up mopping toilet floor everytime after showered. Overall good stay !

Lower than expectation”
Reception not picking up calls, need to request at the reception personally. In room slippers not provided because out of stock, no ice available upon request, very poor facilities for Best Western standard.
