        It was not a good experience to stay with family. Food was not good and room service was poor. Despite high charge, facilities not up to the mark. “Brijwasi’”Just a name only

        Service of Staff very poor”

        We were allotted a room on the third floor. The bathroom was stinking, and despite our repeated requests, that could remove the stink. Finally they told us that it was due to the monsoon. Amenities that would be taken for granted in any standard hotel such as morning newspaper, replacement of tea/coffee sachets etc., had to be asked for and then delivered after repeated reminders. Service at their restaurant on the 1st Floor was extremely slow. Staff really does need to be trained properly, and needs to be responsive.

        The Buffet breakfast was not up to mark. Only limited items were there. In my room also bathroom sleeper was not available, no writing pad was there....I asked for regular drinking water but they provide 2 packed bottles and charged for it
