Personal poco amigable. Habitación nada parecida a la de la foto y aunque ponía “vistas a la ciudad” la única ventana dentro del lavabo daba a la fachada de ventilación del edificio vecino; olor persistente a tabaco en la habitación. Desayuno pésimo.

You will be surprised for the very wrong reasons”
The main pro for this hotel is its proximity to Seomyeon subway station. I booked two types of room on equal number of days. The first room was a business room. The bedroom aesthetic was okay, obviously looks dated. But my major issue here is the very foul smell coming from the bathroom-- it is like the pipes weren't cleaned and maintained. I had to buy a deodorizer from the nearby convenience store. The standard double room made up (a bit) for the bad experience in the business room. It was also dated, but reasonably spacious. The bathroom doesn't have that foul smell, but the water drains very slow. The ultimate surprise though was that I've been told by the receptionist that EACH DAY from 11.30am to 7.30pm, you have to check out the room and be reassigned to another each time. This is absurd, and have not seen this in any other hotels. So, if you booked 10 consecutive nights (I suggest you don't), you have to check-out 10 times, pack you bags each time. So much hassle. Otherwise, you will pay krw 20000 for each time you stay from 11.30am to 7.30pm. This feature was not clearly stated in the Agoda profile and appears to mislead unsuspecting guests who may be enticed by their low rates. People say, you get what you pay for, but for sure most didnt signed up for this kind of surprise. I hope that 2 Heaven Hotel will do something about this.

We were surprised by the good price we got to stay at this hotel, but ultimately, we got what we paid for. The shower was excellent, but we had many other negative issues as follows: (1) we not only were not allowed to check in until 1930 in the evening, but for our two night stay, we were required to check out at 11 after the first night, then check in again at 1930 for the second night, unless we paid an extra 20,000 wan. We paid the extra; (2) the towels were ragged pieces of larger towels--very small, and very unsightly with the ragged edges; (3) there was no door handle on the inner door, just a hole where the handle should be, and also the veneer on the door was peeling off; (4) the bed was uncomfortably hard; I even skinned my elbow rubbing it across the mattress; (5) the place was not clean as we had become accustomed to in Korea--there was lingering dust on the furniture; (6) there were few amenities (like bottled water), and there were no decorations on the walls, nor dressings on the window--the place looked very sterile. The front desk receptionist who checked us in was helpful and kind, but other than that it was not a pleasant stay for us, and we will not stay there again.

I booked here for two nights (luckily) on my return to Busan. 2 nights because I was only getting in at 11pm on arrival. We’ll, at that time I was met by a terrible man who threw a clipboard down and said, “name”. My name wasn’t on it and he could not or would not be bothered looking for my booking. I showed him my phone and as soon as he saw AGODA, he pointed to a sign on the counter saying, “must check out tomorrow.” I was asking why, because I was booked two nights. He just pointed at the sign, repeated himself and threw down a room card. I went up and the door wouldn’t open. Went back down and he begrudgingly came back up, tried the card 3-4 times, then opened the door with his own master-key card and left me to it, meaning I’d be locked out if I went out again. The room was huge, had a large bed and bath, but stunk badly. The modem had no power cord, no batteries in the TV remote. No remote for the aircon. You have to turn the aircon on at the wall unit, but then have no control over the fan or temp. Luckily, I was exhausted, so had a quick hot shower (very, very hot water) and went to bed. I slept with the window fully open to reduce the stank. Next morning, woke at 9am, ran a big hot bath which was great and checked out. Luckily I was travelling only with a small backpack at that time and my luggage was stored,as you have to take all luggage with you. They don’t store it at all. Had a great day at Songdo beach and returned at 7:30pm, as you cannot check in before then. A lovely lady served me, but could not find any record of me being there the previous night. She got me a nice room on a different floor that did not smell. Every thing was working, accept still no aircon remote. The fan ran on high all night and was a bit noisy, but you can’t expect much for W19,000/night. I got what I paid for. No ammenities in the room, not even water, so bring all your own stuff. I can only recommend this place for the reason I used it. But 1 night only, while you come to town and source better accoms elsewhere.
