Amazing stay”

I booked 3 executive suites at this hotel based on the good reviews. The staff were all incredibly attentive and polite. They made us feel right at home and the little touches like rose petals on the beds made our stay even more special. Dinner both nights was INCREDIBLE. The Chef, Mash, is so talented and cooks from the heart. I would highly recommend this place!

Very good experience. They understand business travellers. Mash, the cook, prepares a amazing meal. Staff are friendly and accomodating. I wanted a sandwich and they prepared one in a jiffy . Beautiful rooms. Highly recommended.

Afrique is a hotel of outstanding natural beauty, more so that there is a stream with a little waterfall at the back of the property. The breakfast was awesome, staff out of this world, effecient, friendliest people ever. The ambience is outstanding and well coordinated. I will definitely be back, sooner rather than later!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Afrique and yet again it did not disappoint. Staff are amazing. Rooms are spacious and clean. Dinner was amazing! We were leaving very early and they packed us a lunch. I was super impressed the sandwiches were in paper bags and the juice was in bottles so Afrique is away of the environment - that for me deserves 5 Stars! Well done!!

Fantastic Staff”

Afrique Boutique Hotel is a terrific place to stay. It's out of the way in Joburg, but well located if you are on the NW side of the city. We stayed there as part of going to the terrific Cradle of Humankind a bit further NW. We arrived on a Sunday and ran into problems with their internet. They had recently upgraded their internet and still had some bugs to work out. We could not use the internet in our room but could get it to work moderately well on the first floor. The manager arranged for us to use a mobile hotspot and this proved an excellent solution. We ended up using up the amount of data he had purchased for us, so he purchased an additional amount. We were very impressed with how inventive he was and knowledgeable too. We had dinner there--excellent food and wine, although the menu was limited. Breakfast was outstanding, our room very comfortable, lovely gardens.

Everything was fantastic ! Those ladies in the kitchen make a mean breakfast! The rooms were clean ! WIFI conection was strong and the air con was fantastic ! Did I mention the decor and views !

We had a quiet, relaxing weekend the staff where super efficient and friendly, the food was good and worth the money, however the portions where very large. If i have one complaint it would be that the pillows where not comfortable.

Lovely buildings with very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was huge, air conditioned, with a pretty verandah overlooking the very nice and well maintained gardens. The full English breakfast was well cooked and served buffet style. All in all we had a very pleasant two days stay at the Afrique Boutique hotel and we would certainly stay there again whenever we need accommodation in the area.
