You'll feel as if you've stayed at a luxury resort hotel in Japan! The hot springs are fantastic, and the buffet meals are a lot of fun. The performances by the indigenous boys and girls at night were also very good. If you go to Sun Moon Lake, I highly recommend this hotel!

Location is convenient to the 7-11, Family mart and room was very clean initially we booked single bed for 2 persons then when we reach there they offered us 2 double bed room in same price, the staff was very nice

Although it is a bit of a distance from the Sun Moon Lake bus center, there is a shuttle bus available, and it's nice to walk along the cycling path by the lake. We arrived before check-in time for our one-night stay, left our bags, and went for a walk. The free bicycle rental was convenient and great. However, it would have been even better if there were electric bikes available since there is a slope after riding for a short distance. The room was very clean, and the bed was large and fluffy. The shower and bath were also nice and comfortable. The room had a balcony where we could enjoy a view of the lake, which was very pleasant. At night, we could sit on the outdoor benches and gaze at the starry sky. The breakfast had a wide variety and was very delicious; we ended up eating too much. We also planned to explore Sun Moon Lake after check-out, and the hotel kept our bags for us. Additionally, when we returned from Sun Moon Lake, they arranged for our bags to be sent to the bus center. During our stay, we received wonderful service and consideration. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very, very good. 1. The location is excellent, not far from the bus stop. 2. The room is great, I chose a family room. When we placed our bags, the room seemed a bit cramped but it’s not small. 3. The breakfast at the hotel is diverse and suitable for children. 4. The staff is friendly and provides good service. 5. There are many restaurants in front of the hotel, a 7-Eleven, and a Family Mart, so no need to worry about meals. 6. The room is good, the bed and pillows are fine. I chose the Lake View room; seeing the view made me not want to go anywhere.

I was touched by your response to a small mistake during the reservation with great service. The spacious and clean room, the hot springs and swimming pool, and the breakfast were excellent. The complimentary drinks, cookies, snacks, coffee machine, and the shuttle service to the Taichung High Speed Rail were truly fantastic. I was impressed by the thoughtful gesture of providing ice cream after using the hot springs. I could feel the care put into even the smallest services. I think this was the best hotel I've stayed at during my fourth trip to Taiwan. The wonderful experience at the Wyndham Hotel, along with the beautiful scenery of the Lugu Dans, made us very happy. I hope to visit again.

The accommodation is excellent, and the staff are very helpful. The view overlooks the middle of the river, which is perfect for anyone who wants to watch the New Year’s fireworks. We stayed on the top floor in a corner room, and the atmosphere was amazing. The bathroom amenities were complete, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was not too cramped. The staff were incredibly friendly and assisted us with everything — from the parking area to check-in and even to our room. We truly appreciate it. Your great service made us want to come back again. We will definitely return — I’m absolutely coming back here to watch the fireworks again.

The guesthouse has a beautiful view, overlooking mountains and lakes, which is refreshing and relaxing. The newly built building E has a fresh style. The breakfast and dinner are decent, with plenty of choices, and instant noodles and drinks are also available for sale. The guesthouse is located halfway up the mountain, a 12-minute walk from the Zixin Garden bus station, which only has one bus per hour on weekdays. It is necessary to call for a car to get in and out, and calling for a car in Qingjing is inconvenient, with each trip for four people taking over ten minutes and costing 400 NT dollars.

I recently stayed for a night at the Top Glass Resort, and the overall experience was very pleasant. The location is excellent, with the bus station just a minute's walk away, and there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to find food. Additionally, it’s about a 10-minute walk to Qingjing Farm, which is very convenient. The room is designed in a wooden cabin style, with a cozy interior that makes you feel comfortable. In the morning, you can enjoy beautiful sunrises directly from the room, with stunning views. Although the facilities are simple, the room comes with an electric heating pad, and the bathroom is very clean. The breakfast offers a rich selection and tastes good, especially the cabbage, which is very fresh. Overall, the cost-performance ratio here is quite high, especially being able to watch the sunrise at Top Glass Resort, which is just fantastic! If you enjoy the atmosphere of a mountain retreat, this place is definitely worth recommending. I look forward to coming again next time!

Wonderful view of the lake from the restaurant and rooftop bar. Appreciate it even though my bedroom is facing some bamboo plants and wall. Appreciate the free night supper served from 8.30pm to 9.30pm. The staff said is a snack but I think it's a mini supper buffet. It has generous serving of rice, braised pork, condiments etc. If anyone were to miss getting dinner at the restaurant can fairly well have it here. The restaurants in the area close at 7pm. Breakfast meal is sumptuous too. I had the porridge set. Amenities could be improved though.

The room is very big and comfortable, and the TV screen is also quite large, making it really enjoyable to watch movies while lying in bed at night. I didn’t find it noisy during this stay; it was quite peaceful. There is also a water dispenser outside the room, so I didn’t have to boil water myself. There are convenience stores and salty fried chicken nearby, making it very convenient to eat and buy things. The guesthouse offers free afternoon tea, which includes a quarter of a round waffle and a slice of pound cake, various cookies (e.g., pepper biscuits, peanut butter sandwiches), and unlimited buckwheat tea, black tea, and American coffee. Although the guesthouse calls it simple afternoon tea, it’s actually very sincere!

The room is not far from the visitor drop-off point. It’s just a short walk along the path to the lake and right next to the ferry dock (adjacent to the lake), which provides a fantastic view. The atmosphere is excellent, and during my visit, the weather was cool and pleasant. Sitting out on the terrace was incredibly enjoyable. The room is very spacious, with a soft bed that makes for a comfortable sleep. There are no musty or unpleasant odors in the room. The bathroom is nice, with a tub for soaking. There’s also warm water available outside for drinking. Overall, I was very impressed with the accommodation because of the great view. The breakfast offered a variety of options, but the taste might not suit Thai people very well. The soundproofing in the room is excellent, and I didn’t hear any noise from outside at all. If I had friends with me, I would recommend staying here. Additionally, in the morning, it’s very convenient to take a bus to Alishan.

We stayed at the Xitou Youth Activity Center, a cozy cabin-style accommodation located inside Xitou Forest. The center is about 1.7 km from the main gate, roughly a 30-minute hike via the University Pond Trail. The cabin rooms are surprisingly spacious, large rooms, a big bathroom, and beds that were warm and comfortable even in the November season. The staff were friendly, though they spoke only a little English. Cleaning wasn’t very thorough, so we ended up wiping things down with alcohol tissues, but this might just be our personal preference. One of the highlights is the cabin’s location near a peaceful pond, which has a spot perfect for stargazing and viewing the Milky Way. It would be amazing if the center hosted stargazing nights in the future! The buffet meals were generous, and we appreciated having full plates before setting out to explore. We stayed for two nights, explored both Shanlinxi and Xitou Forest, and grabbed late lunches at Monster Village plus snacks from FamilyMart. One thing to note: since we exited the area to visit Shanlinxi, we had to pay the entrance fee to Xitou Nature Education Area twice. Overall, it’s a solid nature-immersed stay with plenty of access to trails, scenery, and night skies.

The cleanliness of the rooms is top-notch, and the service quality is quite outstanding, with the staff being warm and friendly. However, the view is slightly lacking, but overall, this is a place worth recommending!

Accompanied by elementary school children. It's an old hotel, but we had a comfortable stay. The kids' room with a slide is open until 9 PM after check-in. The children were delighted. I didn't use it, but there is also a large public bath. It's close to various tourist attractions and has parking available. And I was amazed by the buffet-style breakfast. All the fruits and vegetables were delicious! My husband, who is on a meal restriction and training, was also happy to find plenty of healthy options! We arrived a bit early, but there was a spacious area in the lobby for using PCs, so everyone relaxed while waiting. I definitely want to stay again.

It is a small hotel located by the water. The journey from the bus stop to the accommodation is not far and can be walked steadily. The accommodation is at the end of the path on the right side, directly opposite a shrine, so it's easy to find. For the room, we stayed in a standard room which is suitably sized for 2 people and not cramped. The bed and air conditioning are in good condition and work excellently. The bathroom is fairly spacious and has a good separation of wet and dry zones, but there is no bidet. The staff are proficient in English and are very helpful at all times, whether male or female; they provide excellent care. There are notifications regarding the stay and rules communicated through the hotel’s LINE account. Overall, I think it’s a very good hotel with a fair price for the services offered. There is a wide variety of breakfast options, the staff is excellent in care and assistance, and the rooms are clean. I am impressed 🧡

I recently visited 1350 B&B, and at first, while walking there, it looked like a warehouse, but once inside, my impression completely changed, and the reviews are quite good! First of all, I found this place extremely clean and tidy, which gave me a sense of security. Although the reception area has some nostalgic decor, it exudes a warm feeling. I must mention the Wi-Fi here! When using it in the room, it can truly be said to be the fastest Wi-Fi in Taiwan, helping me upload many travel videos with great efficiency. Additionally, the B&B is very close to the nearby Family Mart, just a quick walk away. There's also a restaurant nearby that specializes in roasted chicken, which is quite tasty, but do note that the cut-off time for ordering is before 7 PM. Waking up in the morning and looking out the window, I saw the pastoral scenery of Qingjing, as if stepping into a paradise reminiscent of a Family Farm, which lifted my spirits. The breakfast was simple, but it tasted good enough to leave me satisfied. What surprised me the most was the value for money here; the price is very reasonable combined with such quality of accommodation, making it highly recommended! Overall, 1350 B&B offers a very pleasant lodging experience, whether it's the environment, the service, or the value for money, it's worth a visit again! Next time I have the chance, I will definitely come back!

If you visit nature at Sun Link Sea and don't stay up top, you can try stopping by here. It's quiet with not many people. At night, the lights make it very beautiful. It's a great place to relax.

Serene is ideal for a retreat into the mountain while enjoying good and convenient facilities. The room is enormous and tastefully furnished. The deck outside the main building offers a scenic view of the mountains and there are plenty of deck chairs to choose from. Breakfast is ok, location is good for those who wish to visit Qingjing farm. Self driving is recommended.

Having visited Cingjing multiple times, I stayed for the first time at the elegant and lush Lanshan Town, which was much better than expected, and I felt very satisfied! On a hot summer day, walking in the shade of the wooden walkway in Lanshan Town felt as refreshing as eating ice; there was no unpleasant smell inside the small cabin, and the faint fragrance of the small white and yellow flowers of the heavenly bamboo on the balcony occasionally wafted in, making it very peaceful day and night, perfect for sleeping! Nearby, there are restaurants, fruit stands, and convenience stores like FamilyMart and 7-11, offering a wide variety of affordable options, making it very convenient! For stargazing or watching the sunrise, you can enjoy the view from the large glass windows next to the front desk or in the restaurant; it’s safe and comfortable! You can also book a stargazing bus that waits at the front entrance to take you to Dark Sky Park at night! There is parking available. A short walk brings you to the "Ren Zhuang" bus stop, where you can catch the Taiwan Good Travel buses 6658, 6658A, 6659, and 6664, making transportation very convenient! The breakfast, both Western and Chinese-style, is nutritionally balanced, and the chef's home-cooked dishes are delicious, making it easy to feel full! As I am a birthday celebrant this month, I came here to reward myself for my hard work, and it feels really good!

We spent two nights and three days here with our family. We enjoyed a cool summer where there was no need to turn on the air conditioning. The hot water was good, the bed was comfortable, and the bedding was clean. The owner kindly explained everything slowly in English and body language for us, who are not fluent in Chinese, and made sure we were comfortable whether it was sunny or at night when we could see the stars. The beautiful scenery in front of the accommodation was so stunning that it was a pity we couldn't capture it all in photos. We traveled by car, and while the road leading up to the accommodation was narrow from the main road, it was conveniently located just a minute or two away. There are tasty restaurants and convenience stores nearby, but since they are not within walking distance, it's best to drive. (There is a good parking lot.) Our family with teenagers was very satisfied with our choice of this accommodation for visiting the nearby Qingjing Farm and hiking Hehuan Mountain.

The view is really nice. Just sitting still makes me happy. There's a convenience store about 800 meters away. There are also a few simple restaurants. The swimming pool is not heated. We did play while swimming, but if we had visited in September at the latest, it would have been really fantastic. Otherwise, even a small heated pool would be nice... Breakfast is simple and good. You can see a lot of stars late at night. In the evening, the fog was something else, but around 2-3 AM, the sky cleared up. It must have been because the temperature dropped. I recommend it.

The bathroom is well-designed with separate areas. The breakfast is plentiful, with both American Breakfast and Chinese-style congee available.

During my bike trip from Hualien to Taichung, crossing Taroko and Wuling, I found a hot spring accommodation to shake off my fatigue. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by two friendly owners, and both the complimentary breakfast and the paid dinner were excellent. The hot spring experience in the room was also nice. The accommodation was clean, and the bedding was good. I stayed on the 5th floor, and I particularly enjoyed the sunlight and starlight coming through the skylight. The location is slightly disappointing, but considering it is in a hot spring area, it is a great place worth searching for. Highly recommended.

The price is okay, the environment is also nice, and there is a night market nearby, although it's not big, it's still okay.

Smooth check in / check out process, helpful staff, great facilities on site and fairly well situated hotel. Rooms are quite spacious, clean and new. No complaints about the bed either. I’d definitely stay there again while in Shuili.

The breakfast is simple but of good quality. The hotel is in a great location, very convenient. The front desk and restaurant staff are friendly, very helpful and accommodating, and they kindly remind guests of the dawn time so they can enjoy the beautiful sunrise.

There are different changes at different times of the day, or you can just daydream, write something, watch a movie, or chat; all of it is great! The hotel location is excellent, making it very convenient to find food nearby, and they also offer discounted prices for boat tickets and other activities... The breakfast is quite thoughtful, with a rich and healthy variety of dishes, and plenty of vegetables, it's amazing! The only downside is that there are no bicycles provided for touring around the lake, and you need to rent them separately, which feels inconsistent with the room price...

Very close to the ferry terminal. The room is very spacious and has plenty of accommodation. It is also clean, and the shower's hot water and water pressure are great. The breakfast was delicious as well. In terms of price, it is very reasonable overall. I highly recommend this accommodation.
