Located not far from Subic Bay, this place may not look flashy on the outside, but the journey there was incredibly satisfying thanks to the staff's kindness. I couldn't stop smiling throughout the front desk staff's explanation, and I will never forget the greetings from the staff I encountered wherever I went, especially the employee who ensured my safety and convenience while using the facilities within the bay.

This hotel seems to receive mixed reviews. The pool is clean and well-maintained, just as seen in the photos. The rooms are spacious and clean, with no issues regarding the water supply from the shower or drainage. The location is also good, being on the coast side, with a large garden that connects to the beach (which is probably not a private beach). However, due to the weather, the sea cannot be said to be beautiful, and I don't think many people swim. The WiFi is somewhat unstable, but it can be used. The breakfast is not a buffet, but there are several options to choose from, which is fine. While it may sound all positive, the mixed reviews come from the fact that it is the off-season and the hotel is old, giving it a somewhat run-down feel that may not appeal to those who notice the finer details. Additionally, the hallways and rooms are filled with an aromatic scent, which might be bothersome for some people. This might be for odor removal, but I personally like such considerations. I would like to visit during the peak season at least once. Finally, I would like to say to SBMA (Subic government) that since you collect taxes like CUSA, please ensure the beach is cleaned properly and do not show scenes that diminish Subic's tourism value.

This is a highly convenient hotel located less than 10 minutes from the beach and just 5 minutes from the large mall, Harbor Point. While it has the structure of a business hotel and lacks a pool and garden, the rooms are spacious, the shower pressure is satisfactory, and the staff is friendly. If your purpose isn't to enjoy the hotel stay itself, I believe you can spend your time comfortably without significant complaints.

We’ve been frequenting Baloy beach for 15 years. Of all the resorts we’ve stayed at there at Baloy Beach this resort is our new family and budget friendly favorite!? It’s staffed by friendly and attentive folks with a passion for top shelf customer service. The grounds and facilities are in top shape. The food was excellent and fairly priced. It’s easy walking distance to the beach. The pools are immaculately kept. The rooms are large, modern, adequate air conditioning and everything worked. The only slight hesitation is the mattresses are a tad on the extra firm side. All in all it receives our top recommendation for Baloy Beach adventures!

Near the coastline of Balero, you can reach the Victory Liner bus terminal in Olongapo by bus for 50 pesos or by blue jeepney for 18 pesos. The hotel faces the road along the sea. The first floor has a coffee and restaurant, so you can have meals without getting wet on rainy days. On the Agoda app, you can add meals for an additional 500 pesos, but there are more reasonably priced hotel restaurants nearby, so I recommend checking those out. Next door on the left, there is a grocery store where you can buy cheap bottled beer and chill it in the refrigerator, which was great. The cleaning staff were kind, and the other staff members were always smiling, which was wonderful. The front desk is open 24 hours, which is very helpful. There are many shortcuts to the beach, so it might be good to explore those. Check-in is after 2 PM, so it's recommended to arrive leisurely. Even if you arrive early, they can hold your luggage. If you book through an app other than Agoda, please note that a local tax of 100 pesos per night will be charged on-site.

My family and I love coming to Subic just to stay and enjoy Le Charme. The rooms are very spacious and always well-maintained and clean. The pool is nice and kid-friendly, and the location is very walkable, making it easy to explore nearby spots. There’s also a grocery store right beside the hotel, which is very convenient for picking up anything you may need during your stay. Breakfast is great too! It’s also a fantastic place to stay for bikers, with bike mounts available inside the rooms. Water and ice are conveniently accessible on every floor. Overall, Le Charme is one of our favorite places to stay in Subic!

The room is clean. Staffs are awesome. The place is nice and the bed is sooooo comfortable. I love that there is kitchen inside the room.

When I visited, the restaurant was under repair, and the elevator was out of order, so I had to use the stairs, but it was still a reasonably priced accommodation. The bathroom was quite spacious, but the water pressure seemed to be a bit weak. There were restaurants and pubs nearby, and it was nice for a walk around Subic Bay. As long as you avoid the late hours, it doesn't seem too dangerous!

I specifically chose this hotel for my business trip because it is close to the seaside, away from the city center, and it is more convenient since I have my own car. The hotel environment is great; I can see the sea from my room, and it is backed by mountains with many monkeys around, so I need to be careful to close the doors and windows. The restaurant has good food; for dinner, I had pasta, which was delicious. Breakfast is complimentary, and I had a toast and sausage set, but there was so much that I couldn't finish it all.

The price was good, and the accommodation was spacious and clean, which I liked. It was a bit far from the beach, which was disappointing, but it wasn't a big issue. However, there was loud music coming from the surroundings until 11 PM, which made it a bit uncomfortable to relax. Overall, it is a place I would recommend.

A pleasant stay although some parts of the hotel are dated it was clean and the staff were excellent. Good breakfast too.

We have stayed at this hotel and I will recommend this to others who are looking for a hotel to stay at Subic. The lobby is spacious. The staffs will greet you with warm smile and they are very accommodating. The room is clean, the toilet is not that spacious but well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and it was served to our room

Value for money, the room is spacious, with AC, TV, ref. Good location, however, during our stay the cable channels were not working. We asked for assistance 2x but no one came back to fix the signal nor give 7s an update. Breakfast is tasty but is not a buffet. The pool was also not operational during our stay. Overall, will still consider it in our next Subic getaway.

The front desk was nice and the rooms were spacious, but the design and some of the furniture looks dated and can benefit from some upgrading. The breakfast tasted good too!

This is my third visit here. It seems like an old facility, but it's well-maintained, so it's not uncomfortable to stay, it's relatively clean, and the interior lighting is bright. I am quite sensitive about cleanliness and bugs, but I'm satisfied with this level. My first and second children enjoy the slide at the pool very much. The staff is also very friendly. Last time, the breakfast was a simple buffet, but this time we could order à la carte. The food isn't tasteless, but if you go without expectations, it's decent. I haven't tried other hotels in Subic, but if I travel to Subic again, I think I will keep using this one.

The air conditioning worked well and the room was clean. However, there was some discomfort because the floor was carpeted. Also, the shower was a single unit, making it impossible to fit a filter. Nonetheless, my family used it without any problems. It is conveniently located close to a Texas-style restaurant, and there is a Royal Duty-Free shop right behind, making it easy to shop. The breakfast is generally quite salty or strong in taste. The staff is very friendly.

Our family had a great stay here, even though it was only for one night. The staff were all friendly, and the rooms were clean and modern. They even provided an additional bed for free since we booked three rooms. They were also very responsive via email and accommodating with our special requests. The hotel is centrally located, with almost everything within walking distance, including convenience stores, bars, and restaurants. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Malinis ang hotel and restaurant, not reco lng sa area ng beach front since tag ulan madaming garbage na natatangay but still we enjoyed kasi nilinis naman nila ang front kahit maulan naenjoy pa din ng kids ang sand and got the chance na makaligo sa ulan. Nakaearly checkin kami and naupgrade from superior room to devon suites for free! Masarap din ang breakfast

Our 3rd time to stay at this hotel. And i am very thankful for the upgrade given for the room. I booked a superior double but upon check-in, the reception told me we were upgraded to deluxe double: 2 queen size beds! We prefer staying here because the location is very near to food establishments and malls. The place itself is always clean and has a nice smell. Very quiet and peaceful that always gives a relaxing ambience. All the staff are polite and greets all guest with a smile. All of our stay includes a free breakfast buffet style. Because it is relatively cheap, don't expect topnotch facilities and breakfast. But, if you just want a place to crash the night and have a good night sleep, it's pretty comfortable. Aircon, TV, toilet flush are all working. Big room, big bed, though water heater is kinda not giving enough heat. Floor is not really shiny. We had to ask for towels because there is none in the room. Overall, it's value for money. Will we book again? Yes.

We arrived 30 minutes before check in time and the room was already prepared for us. The room and hallways smelled great. Staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good. Great experience overall!

All the staff were courteous. Pool was great. In-room jacuzzi was nice but the drain wasnt working. They shouldve informed us beforehand so we couldve requested for a different room. The tennis court was removed for pickleball Lots of parking

This hotel is in a very good location at Southern end of the boardwalk., breakfast was good and complementary the room is spacious. They have HBO and Wi-Fi.. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

While the cleanliness is generally good, there were some bathroom issues that could use improvement. On thr plus side, the walkability, transport options, and WiFi connectivity were all great, ensuring a comfortable stay overall.

It was in a very convenient location. I appreciated being able to check in early and having breakfast delivered to my room. There were two cute dogs that were very comforting. However, I was concerned that the smoking area was right in front of my room, and the room shook every time the person in the next room moved.
