Good but overcrowded”
The condo was clean but small for 2 adults with 2 children. One bed comfortable and the other not. Pillows uncomfortable. 3,000 cash pesos security deposit required but reimbursed upon leaving. Pool beautiful but 150 pesos a day per person and advanced registration required. Pool was never crowded but water cold in January and sunlight not much hits the water the way the twin towers constructed with pool in between on the 8th floor. Cable TV box not working but internet TV and WiFi good. Breakfast never delivered at consistent time each morning and variety and taste is just acceptable. The biggest problem for us is elevator wait times. There are 53 floors and the condos are occupied mainly by college students who are all well behaved. But not enough elevators for all the people located here. Lobby often very overcrowed. Security very good. AirCon good. No daily linens or towels. Quiet in unit. Nice view of Manila Bay. Old time turn key lock on entry door to condo. We had a shower with slow drain but they fixed it. Host team resposive to requests but takes time to bring toilet paper, etc. This is the 2nd time we havecstayed here and both times electric went off in our unit only. Calling the host phone team number gets it back on in a few minutes. Overall good enough to come back yet again in the future.

This accommodation is very nice along with the helpful staff! For sure, we will come back to this place on our next trip to Manila.

Perfect view and good staff”
This place is very accessible though we're not able to use amenities, but I prefer to book again here cause of perfect view and good staff. Hope that we can use amenities when we book ahead of time. Property has swimming pool, gym and billiards.

No Parking”
If you are travelling with car.. Parking fees are pricey.. And spots are not guaranteed.. But overall.. OKAY.. you can book a grab car.. Train station is nearby.. A lot of food choices in the area...
