The blyde stay ”
Problem is when you stay for more than one day. There is no cleaner to change the bed and provide clean towels. Shower is not well maintained. Water in the drain is not moving when you bath. That is health hazardous. One sofa broke n u reported it. No one came to fix it. There was no extra tissue. I did not receive rules of the residence. To me it is really something they can easily improve in by making sure that visitors are happy n they're not frustrated. TV channels switched off but at least Netflix was there.

The place is too far, the staff including security guards are very rude, the apartment was not well taken off we had to sleep on dirty linen and use dirty towel, housekeeper only came once. So disappointed with the whole place and i would not recommend to anyone

Our host was not prepared for us. We struggle firstly to get a room number and when we finally did the room ill prepared for us as there was no toilet paper, air freshner or soap. Overall the place is beautiful however the monotonous rules are the ones that can tick onw off

The communication between me and the owner was bad they send me a wrong code I had to call to get the right one it's like I was forcing to stay in her place. Cocroach, ants and mosquitos why didn't they mention that we should buy the repellents, broken sliding door and 1 plate but I booked for 2 people all the ups were dirty

The unit we stayed in had very dirty dishes, dirty carpet and the white pillow cases had black marks on them. We looked for side plates only to find them in the freezer where, i assume, someone was attempting to make ice.........

Shower has a missing door and continuously have to clean up water, I saw a braai stand when I booked but nothing when I got here. Lack of communication… turned back at the entrance we came by. Otherwise it’s a nice place

To sum it all up.. FILTHY. The place is so beautiful but absolutely dirty. Filthy. The electricity kept tripping when we tried to cook and when we phoned the landlady, she was just not interested. We had to figure it out ourselves. Getting into the actual lagoon is another mission and a half. The securities there are just impossible, everything is a no, the rules are just dumb. If you decide to go, go with an open mind and a very big heart because you will definitely get angry.

It took almost half an hour at the entrance, it was chaotic, too many cars and security seemed overwhelmed. We drove for over 30min looking for the apartment. There is no reception area, we had to figure out where our apartment was. There was no one to hand over the keys.
