Nice Accomodations!”

Located right along Highway 58 and across Mikaka Bay in Ginowan this upscale hotel provides all a great view of the blue/green waters of the East China Sea. Take a short walk across Hwy58 (Ginowan Bypass) to the Ginowan Marina and beach. Tokyu Hands department store as well as a supermarket and Round 1 Stadium for bowling & interactive games - are also conveniently located. The hotel has a large freshwater pool adjacent to a large workout room equipped with various exercise machines. On the south end of each floor (above the pool area) are a washer & dryer - free for use - just supply your own detergent. Rooms are clean, modern, and spacious. A nice bar/restaurant on the main floor serves a pretty good variety of food. The staff is highly professional, courteous, and helpful - but English is somewhat limited. I would stay here again!

Location is great, close to Parco City (New Shopping mall) and other malls also nearby. However, there are some ants in the toilet. The service of reception (night shift) was disappointed when I asked how much does it cost if I need to make location call from my room. They cant tell me how much per min, just tell me it would be charged. Anything need to charge by hotel, it should be stated clearly I believe.

Huge Room”

We love the balcony and the dining area, we can do some simple cooking for our kids while staying in this hotel, and the hotel is next to a huge shopping mall, and its not difficult to find food for the family.

Convenience, close to Family Mart, a Izakaya opposite the hotel. Enough parking area. Room is clean and tidy, big enough. Sea view with big balcony.

One of staffs showed his professional working attitude. The room is neat and clear which we felt so comfortable indeed. The location of hotel is pretty convenient because we could find 24-hour supermarket there. I am sure that we will be back when being in Okinawa again.

Heartfelt THANKS to attentive services”

It's the first overseas travel with our baby girl (13 months) and imagine all the preparation works to make before the trip. However, once confirmed our booking with Moon Ocean Ginowan, their staff (Ms. Sandy) started messaging us and offering all kind of help. They are so experienced in welcoming family travelers with baby/toddler like us. When we arrive we just sit back and relax — baby cot, bottle sterilizer, baby bathing tub, cooking ware… all set and ready to use at room. The swimming pool was great and our girl enjoyed her debut pool-swimming. Breakfast was good, though variety is not ample but some items are being changed daily so we can try something new every day. Location-wise very close to supermarket and a chained baby-clothing store. We have the pleasure to have bumped into Ms. Sandy when we checked out. When we expressed our gratitude and appreciation, she was so humble and modest that she said 'she had done nothing'. A big THANK YOU from our family. See you again soon!

Super nice service and hotel. The room are big, clean and suitable for my kids to run everywhere. The staff are nice and helpful. We are easily to borrow the kitched set from the support desk. The location is convenience and just next to Round 1, and supermarket. Sure we will visit here again. 5 Stars.!

good place for someone who do not want to stay near the city. the big store and supermarket is extremely good. the room is clean and the view is good. but lack of kitchen utensil than I expected. and the balcony is quite small that we can't go out there to enjoy the view.

Very average city hotel”

Soon after arrival we found no assistance for our luggage, the location of the hotel is not mention properly on their website since it's on a very loud highway, therefore the value of the balcony is zero. The reception staff was polite. However overcharging adults and charging 2 young kids for breakfast drives us out to other eating places: No kids facilities, a badly maintained hotel park, the described gym only had three treatmills, no weights or other usual gym staff rounds up the disappointing impression. Room cleanliness was not good, dust around the fan outlets at the walls and below the bed, the bathroom had a strong toilet smell, the kitchen shows very used conditions. Unfortunately we had prepaid and so we stayed at the hotel only for sleeping. Not recommendable if you travel with kids and if you are not a shopping center addict(in walking distance).

The hotel raises hermit crab in the lobby which I think is quite unique. We stayed in the premium two-bedroom suite and the room is very spacious for 4 adults and 2 3-year-old kids and the 180-degree sea view is stunning. We played firework in the vacant land next to the carpark and the hotel will prepare a water bucket for you to put the used firework. 24hrs supermarket and a shopping mall are just 5-10 mins walk.

The rooms are cozy and family friendly. It feels like home with a small cooking area in the room. The staff are friendly with good English. The location is really good if you want to get a taste of the life of Japanese people. There are 24-hour supermarket, shopping centre, and a recreational/game centre nearby. My trip collided with a typhoon and I could still enjoy the days in this neighbourhood.

We stayed at the corner suite. The room was clean and spacious, with stunning sea view looking from the bedrooms, bathrooms and the living room. Perfect for a family of four. Great location with a large shopping mall that opens til midnight and a 24/7 bowling alley nearby. Literally one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in.
