Horrible; acaros entre las sábanas; olor a humedad; las sabanas con cabello como que no las cambian; en recepción solo me cambiaron de cuarto; sin acaros pero igual con cabellos entre las sábanas en fin un asco 👎

Trato descortés por empleados en recepción. Hostigadores con los usuarios. Constantemente preguntaban si es en verdad estábamos de huéspedes en el hotel. La piscina, apagaron la calefacción del agua, y así no poder hacer uso de la misma. También sucia. El agua muy fría. No pudimos usarla. Fué un trato grosero y hasta despectivo. Nos sentimos muy mal en éste hotel. Habitación ruidosa. Llevaremos la queja a otro nivel.

la ubicación del hotel es perfecta, al mismo tiempo no es nada económico y al llegar allá te hacen cobros adicionales que no mencionan en ningún lado al momento de hacer la reserva. Aún cuando hospedándote con ellos te hacen pagar parking adicional diario y no tienen la capacidad en el estacionamiento para todos los vehículos, un día tuve que esperar 20 min para poder estacionarme cuando llegamos cansados queriendo descansar. No hacen limpieza de habitación, no cambian las toallas ni sacan la basura del baño. Solicité toallas nuevas a la habitación y nunca las mandaron. Las tarjetas de acceso se desconfiguran por lo que hay que ir a que las activen nuevamente y perder tiempo. Definitivamente NO volvería ni lo recomiendo, en la misma ubicación hay muchos otros hoteles.

Todo bien solo el primer día unos problemas con los inquilinos del cuarto vecino que llegaron muy noche y haciendo ruido hasta que lo solucionó el gerente

LUGAR MUY SEGURO”
Algo que tiene este lugar es que para poder acceder a los cuartos se debe utilizar el elevador o las escaleras pero para ello ocupa su tarjeta o llave para acceder ya que si no cuenta con ella no tiene acceso a los cuartos muy limpio ameno el lugar los cuartos ampliós el personal atento sonriente y amigables

Excelente ubicación muy lindo y limpio hotel”
El hotel esta a 3 cuadras del paseo de la fama, super bien ubicado, muy limpio, habitaciones comodas, lindas y las camas excelentes. Personal excelente. Estacionamiento pago 28 dolares por día, súper práctico. No tiene desayuno.

Property is within walking distance to the Hollywood Walk of Fame and all of its fare. There is a reasonably priced parking structure on the southwest side of the street towards Hollywood Blvd. that was perfect for accessing the boulevard. The property is also relatively close to Universal Studios Hollywood. Some sections of the hotel were closed off due to the pandemic but I could tell are really cozy and compliments the hotel and the area well. The property sits on a very busy street in Hollywood so the front desk attendant was kind enough to ask if I wanted a room that faces the heavily trafficked street or one that faced away. Rooms were very clean and easily accessed from the garage.

Great location ”
Stayed one night but paid for 2 as we needed early check in as our flight landed at 5:30an. Carmen on the front desk was lovely and helpful. Bed was comfortable only complaint was the shower pressure it was a trickle. Easy walk to a number of tourist attractions. Great place to stay

Clean, comfortable, excellent location ”
My wife and I stayed one night so that we could walk to it in 10 mins from the Hollywood Bowl. The room was clean and bed had clean sheets and very comfortable. There was a small fridge, coffee machine and a new looking ac/heater unit. Clean towels

Superb value close to all attractions”
I was amazed at the room price given how close to Hollywood Bvd and assorted other major LA attractions this place was. Even more impressive was the large, quiet and clean room. Staff also helpful and friendly. Could not recommend it more

Good place to stay with great breakfast!”
Very good place to stay and extensive free breakfast (I have to we were really impressed with the choices). Very good location with views. You may hear intermittently hear noise from road or planes which you cannot avoid in a location like this. The view of the bay is amazing. Plenty of parking. Very convenient location close to SFO airport.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at!”
The staff was so nice and helpful, they made my trip go so smooth. It was my first time being in L.A. by myself, and the staff helped me feel less alone and nervous. I will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in L.A.

What a great hotel! Yousef and Vanessa were amazing. We were asking for directions to Universal Studios and Yousef took time out of his day to give us a ride and drop us off. Such great service, we will be back again!

Perfect location (just 10 min walking distance to Walk of Fame), good property, clean room, kind staff. The parking is paid and seems expensive, but it’s a normal for the area. There were a cheaper one (-10$), but it was far from the hotel (9-10 min walking) and this didn’t suit us.

Excepcional”
Brilliant hotel - very clean. Maid service everyday we were there. Clean towels everyday. Ideally situated for walk of fame and Hollywood Boulevard-5-10 min walk. Public transport difficult to navigate and the only negative was the staff at hotel were not very informative! Just suggested booking Uber’s (which soon mount up). Would definitely recommend this hotel and go back again
