The blackout curtaining did not work, housekeeping did not clean the room properly i stood on an aerosol lid and Mnet did not work at all, telephone lines also out making it difficult to order dinner in the evening

First night the aircon in my room didn't work. Made an additional night booking as work wasn't completed. Second night the room given, was perfect.

Limited wine by glass choice in the bar, no restaurant but can order food in. Breakfast ok but not great. Convenient location close to ring road. Good value

While I was busy studying inside the room I had someone else trying to open the door she eventually did I thought I dying and they allocated the same room to someone else the lady told the stuff that I was very scared because of these killings of women I thought I am gone they never called me to find out how was I untill I called them and the were sorry the.manager was coming to me that's what they said the manager called me after 10 minutes apologize but the state that I was in I could not listen and I could not study I woke up with tension and when I requested the complaint form they told me they will send me an email like others I will have to address my query there I could not fulfil my reasons for sleeping there I am planning to send this further to Mr

Booked my company staff (2) for 4 nights from overseas for local training. Great location and facilities shame about the terrible lady staff member o mbps checking out who refused to give me a tax Invoice as I booked for my staff members via pagoda. Will never book this place again

My first ever stay in Roodepoort”

hot water took a long time to get to the bathroom - plenty of water wasted. Noise of air conditioning units?? outside were a problem at night. there's a big overhead crack in a wall on the patio outside the bar. We sat under this crack which kept dripping water down onto us and the table. The source of the water entering should be identified and fixed to prevent water draining through the crack to tables and patrons below. I did not dine so cannot comment on the food quality
