Me ha dado pena alojarme en este hotel, por suerte ha sido solomuna noche. El hotel se ve que en otras epocas ha sido muy bonito, l estructura la tiene, pero el mantenimiento es casi inexistente, grietas, humedad, hongos paredes sucias y el desayuno buffet muy malo. Lo bueno: agua caliente y aire acondicionado.

I choose Ubud because the Bali ethnic environment… When I got there… yesss the hotel is very Bali environment from the building till the detail…. Hotel is very nice, cozy and clean environment… Price is variety If you want to have the New building you can choose the deluxe suit in the back side of the hotel If you choose the std room you will get the front site of the hotel which is first build hotel… But for me still okay… After pandemic, everybody get suffer.. So just wish the Ubud can cure up and get more tourist guest also local guest to fullfill the room occupation… Keep up spirit…💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

Relaxing getaway ”
From the time we arrived to leaving we had a fantastic stay at the cottages. Friendly and helpful staff were always welcoming and polite. Facilities were excellent and well maintained. Very clean and comfortable. We felt so relaxed and happy throughout our stay. Two swimming pools, open air comfort of the restaurant which had a great menu of local fare and western fare. A place we would love to visit again and highly recommend to others for a visit.

The hotel is splendid. The setting is gorgeous, with Bali's taste and inspiration. Rooms are large and spotlessly clean. Staff is well trainned and always at your disposal. Breakfast offers a variety of choices, western and indonesian. It is the best hotel to stay at if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place away from the bustling city and traffic. My stay at Ubud Hotel and Cottages was a heavenly pleasure.

I feel like i was in bali for real ”
I was from Batam and my bf was from Sidoarjo and we met here in Malang bcs we used to took college here, Ubud were, spectacular. Its already our second time here, i really feel like Bali. AC is working normally, the pool were clean even its pandemic (most hotel didn't take care of their pool since not so many people were there bcs its pandemic), everything were super pretty, i also only paid 220.000 for super deluxe double bed room, its like super huge but they've got so many promo here in agoda so maybe that's why its pretty cheap. The staff, uhh, wasn't a super nice person. one time we went there with motorcycle and the security was like mau ngapain mau ngapain and i was like dude? we're checking in. Do we look like we couldn't afford being in here lmao? The food and beverages were super expensive, the staff were nosy and look annoyed the whole damn time.

Stayed for 3D 2N at two Family Cottages (6 adults, 2 older kids, 2 toddlers). Amazing greenery, clean cottages, awesome service. We booked a "megibung" luncheon and it was absolutely above and beyond our expectations. For those who live in Malang and can't travel to Bali, this is a fantastic alternative. The only downside is that the breakfast was just okay (and rather bland, but maybe it's due to limited staff/option during the pandemic? Not sure.). But apart from that, we truly enjoyed our staycation at Ubud Cottages. 100% satisfied, 100% recommended. Thank you all the staff at Ubud Cottages for such a pleasant stay! P.S: We also appreciate the way they adhere to Covid guidelines. We felt safe being away from home!

Friendly and accomodating”
We had an issue with cigarette smell in our bedroom. After we raised our concerned, they swiftly responded and moved us to another non-smoking bedroom. The design of the buildings trully gives that Bali vibes. Plus, it is located not right by the road, so it is calm and peaceful.

The hotel ambience is very calm, peaceful (like Bali). I was here in 2015, I thought I was just get the same room with standing shower, (because I rent the cheap one type room) but then when I was check in at the recepcionist, they upgrade the service to another room, different type, there was a bath tub, king size bed, and bigger room ! I like it! Thank you for the good service.

After spending 2 nights enjoying hill-side entertainment at Batu, we spent 1 night at Malang, City. A Bali style hotel with excellent Bali hospitality. Some customers might be disappointed by the location but we love it for the various food stall during night and it has distances from main road. Pool is great, various good breakfast, and it does have spacious clean room. Stairs could be annoying for elder. Will I come again? Yes. Will I recommend it to others? Yes.
