As we entered in the hotel, it was so fragrant, clean, very comfy and staff was nice. Then after that we proceed to our room. I was so amazed with it, they gave us the best view (pool view), perfect spot to have a hearty breakfast. Also, I do really love the interior of the room not because with the touch of orange (it's one of my fave color) With regard to the outside vicinity of the hotel, good thing is it is near at the airport. We truly enjoyed walking the two of us around Changi City Point. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. If you want a place to relax, that's close to shopping, restaurants and eateries, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!!! If I will rate this from 1 to 10, i would rate 10x2.. Indeed, it was perfect and memorable stay at SG. We will be back for sure. Thank you so much Capri by Fraser, we really enjoyed our stay to the highest!!!

Best of the best”
First of all great location (very close to the airport and Expo MRT station) and the hotel room was clean and comfy. Staff at front desk wasn't too polite and had little passion, however, all the staff we met at the concierge were SOOOO NICE. It was raining and we didn't bring an umbrella so they gave us one. And by the day we left, my husband forgot the Song-fa Bak Kut Teh packets we just bought at the lobby. So we called the front desk from the airport and they said there was nothing there. And so we called again and the concierge helped us find it and sent a texi driver to deliver it to the airport(Of course we paid for the fee). Just wanna say we would definitely choose this hotel we ever visit Singapore again and please help us express our gratitude to the concierge; they are the best!! (:

I have stayed at this hotel on at least 10-12 occasions, both during my business travel and this time with my family. It is very conveniently located to the MRT, Business and the airport. Although it is very close to the airport, it is very quiet and you can not hear the planes (I promise). Hotel is very clean and the facilities are very well maintained and looked after. It's close proximity to the shopping centre (virtual at the doorstep) is an absolute cherry on top. A trip to the CBD or even Santosa Island is only 20min and will cost you approximately $20—$25 via taxi or Grab. There are business facilities and even a self service laundry service available. Love it, love it and I have and will continue to recommend this place to my colleagues, friends and family. Thanks Capri by Fraser for memorable and very relaxing stays.

This is my 2nd staycation at this residential suite. The reception staff is helpful and friendly. I booked a premier room and was given one with a balcony even! The large 'hammock' in the balcony is truly unique and fun to rest in. The room is impressively designed, spacious and clean with a king bed, a kitchenette, a cozy couch and a deep soaking tub. Location is great with a big mall right beside it and the DTL train station nearby. What else to ask for? But if only the check in time can be earlier and not at 4.00pm... Anyway, I had a wonderful and memorable staycation here and I'll be back soon. Thanks to the staff who attended to me and made my 3-day stay here a very pleasant one!

Perfect Staycation”
Had a 3D2N staycation at Capri for my birthday celebration and it was a perfect experience! Hotel was near MRT so going around was easy. One station away from Jewel. 2 stations away from Bedok and their yummy food. The staff was friendly, sincere and kind. Checking in and out was a breeze! The room was spacious and clean! You can even do light cooking as there's stove and microwave. Bathtub was great, not tiny at all like what some other hotels provide. The shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are actually good and not drying for my hair and skin! Definitely a plus! It was a wonderful experience! Would definitely go back again! Looking forward to the next stay already!

Great hotel near the airport”
Superb location - near to airport, near to MRT, just next to a shopping mall with foodcourt, cafes, you will be spoilt for choices! Great facilities - kitchenette (I love this) with a separate filtered water tap (how awesome), very nice pool, and a comfy sofa right in front of TV & love the walk-in wardrobe which became part of the toilet, so you can wear the clothes off the wardrobe and not off the wall hook. They also provide weighing scales (bonus point). Wifi is upto speed as well. Downside - there are startling knocking sounds in the room (receptionist explained that it was caused by the contraction and expansion of the metal claddings of the building). The lights came on by itself around 5am+ (But on second night it was fine. I don’t have an explanation for this, but apparently there was another guest who experienced the same thing some five years ago and was told that hotel has issues with the mother board of the system). Don’t stay in room 902 if it helps.

The occasion For this staycation was for my friend’s birthday celebration. We checked in at 3pm and found that the room that they assigned have a very bad smell. The smell of the room smells like public toilet. It is really that gross I can’t be sleeping with that smell😭😭 Called the reception to feedback about my room and I ask to change room but she told me I can’t change room instead she get the housekeeper to spray the room. Which I feel the spray won’t get rid of the smell. I just want to change room. After the commotion, I get to speak with the duty manager that is around. Her name is Fherzana. She came up to check and allow us to change the room with an upgrade room and comes with a bowl of fruits. She is very efficient and very nice. She made our day because she helps to solve the issue right away. Kindly send this message to her for her great service on that day! Really recommend such worker. I am happy with my stay here. Hotel is connected to the mall. Easy access to mall's halal foodcourt & halal restaurants. Many eateries including macdonalds, Coffee Bean, BK, jollibee, subway, primadeli, Dim Sum Place (halal also). Many factory outlets. Room is clean, spacious and has a modern decor. If you wish to use the hotel's swimming pool, book a slot after checking in cos slots are limited. 1 hour for each person. My family enjoyed our stay from 10-13 Dec. Staff are friendly and professional. Thank you to Ms Susiana for a smooth check-in/out, Mr Mas (concierge) for your assistance and the friendly housekeeping lady at Level 6.

The moment I stepped into the hotel, I was cheerfully greeted and welcomed by the duty manager. That made a great start to my staycation! The room with a kitchenette is so clean, comfortable and spacious and the bathroom is so impressive with a luxurious bathtub. Public transport, shopping and eateries are conveniently accessible. A dip in the spa pool is indeed heavenly! If only the check in time is not so late at 4.00pm... Anyway, I have booked my next staycation here again! The first thought about the hotel was the warmth and friendliness of the front desk staff, Ms Zakiah. She made my check in smooth and also assisted me with queries. She helped me with the booking of the swimming pool. Secondly, the room was super spacious equipped with a kitchenette complete with an induction stove, microwave and utensils. We felt at home. The aircon was cool and the bed was comfortable. We really love to come back again. Thank you, Capri.

We booked 2 studio king deluxe. Due to the pandemic limited number of guest are only allowed in the room. 3 registered guest and 2 visitors ( up till 10pm for visitors ). Overall, we are very happy with the rooms we got. they also have a play room located at each level near the lobby. we opted out breakfast but you can order food and collect it at the lobby. thank you Capri for letting us book the rooms for our friend birthday party and letting us decorate the rooms ( outsourced decor ). Mall is just 1 minute walk from hotel. I've got to say, the thing that impress me is the toiletries. completed with beautiful aromatic Body Wash, Conditioner & Shampoo! The blind that was at the center of the room was also eye catching!. the only cons i could say is ceiling is bit dusty but it was ok for us.

Comfortable and relaxing stay ”
A short staycation with family during the Mar school holidays. My boy enjoyed playing the PS4 and Xbox games. Very friendly and helpful concierge staff who helped us with our questions. Walking distance to Expo MRT station, near to Jewel airport (1 MRT stop away only) and they even have a shuttle bus to send you to Eastpoint Mall. Our room was Superior Room but it was big, clean and just nice for 3 of us. Overall a very pleasant stay 😊

Comfortable staycation to be at ”
Love our staycation in Capri Changi City Point. Love the space in the room and the hotel's cleanliness is in tip-top condition. The hotel staffs are so friendly. They've made our stay so comfortable. The swimming pool is small but it is just nice and safe for the kids. Due to current situation, we are restricted to 6 pax per visit to the pool. I wish they could increase the no. of pax to the pool from 6 to perhaps 8.

Knowing that I have bought a bday cake for my son, the duty manager offered to make simple decoration in the room and my son is really very happy. Excellent hospitality.. we really appreciate it The bed is so comfy and the toilet is clean. We stayed 5 nights here and we love our stay here. Location is beside changi city where there are lots choices of food.. and mrt is just inside the changi city mall.

Staycation with kids during March holidays”
The room was clean and spacious. Feels more like a service apartment than a hotel as there are microwave, pots, pans, and other kitchen hardwares etc. The hotel is also located near a mall - Changi City point which has many factory outlet stalls. It is also only a stop away from Changi airport and Jewel! The kids had so much at the pool as well as in the bath tub! Will definitely frequent this hotel during their school holidays again.

Close to airport and right beside mall ”
We chose Capri due to short distance to changi airport . The room was generous with a good kitchenette that had all the basic equipment. Filtered water in the room was a plus so you don’t need to buy plastic bottles of water. Check in was easy. During covid, you need to pre book Gunn and pool facilities but it was not crowded so easy enough. Also located right beside changi city point mall with lots of food options and outlet/ discount stores. Hotel also has bikes for rent to ride around. Only comments we had were - security deposit had to be by cash due to credit card terminal failure and in room phone doesn’t work so we had to call external hotel line to speak to reception. Overall, staff were polite and prompt. Very enjoyable stay.

Booked a superior room and got upgraded to premier upon check in. Check in was swift, staffs were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good despite not having buffet now. Bed was ooof, slept like a baby. Tub clean, love the rum body wash. Amenities 💯 Food and retail is right out the lobby. Perfect, definitely value for money. Will stay again.

Had booked Capri By Fraser - Changi City as part of my son 10th birthday celebration. Knowing this, the hotel had gave us a complimentary birthday cake to supplement the celebration. The room was extremely clean and the staffs were very friendly and always willing to render you a helping hand. They even had filtered drinking water in the room. Definitely worth the stay. The only drawback was the complimentary parking which can only be utilized once throughout your stay.

Love staying here when I have a quick turn around time in Singapore . Close to the airport . Close to great shops ( sports factory shops) , supermarket ( great if you want to get some basics for the apartment) . Rooms are clean , modern and well equipped . I have stayed here several times and will always be very happy to go back.
