Quiet and easy access to the city”
The hotel is moderate but full of all facilities and amenities in room. Bed, shower, air con and breakfast is very very upto the centara standard. The property itself not the modern or new style but the service and quality of room is very very comfortable. The staff is excellent, they were listen to me what I m asking for, very kind by solving my problem smooth and gentle. I do love their breakfast which is very delicious for asian and europe style, the congee is great as good as their bakery which is fresh and good smell of high quality butter. They are good in all details and will be in my mind for the next visit.

The breakfast buffet is amazing! Variety of foods and a cappuccino machine. Very clean fancy place. Pool and gym on roof All staff is friendly and helpful. 1 minute walk from beach. Whole hotel is air conditioned. Our room was so nice. We loved staying here.

I have stayed at this particular Hotel many times in the past two years. It is so quiet. You can't believe that you are in Pattaya. The beach is a 2 minute walk. Security and safety are also fantastic. Excellent free breakfast. And finally, the reception staff are so accommodating.

We were really aprreciated that we travel with old grand-mom which i requested 2 rooms to be close each other so they upgraded our deluxe rooms to Junior suit and deluxe suit with ocean view!! Reall kind and nice staff. Also very clean of blanket. We enjoyed shower bath instead of swimming pool but so nice!! Tesco and mini store just only 100 meters away and beach just only accross the road with private feeling. Really recommended Centara phratamnak pattaya!!

This is a very nice hotel with beautiful luxury rooms, we enjoyed everything about the hotel except for one thing the prices in the rooftop restaurant were just too expensive so we ended up eating out. There was also no atmosphere in the rooftop restaurant and it was very dark. I would certainly recommend the Centara Grand Phratamnac Hotel to anyone. We especially enjoyed the breakfast. The sheer choice of things to eat was just amazing. I can easily say this hotel had the best breakfast i have ever had the pleasure to enjoy in any hotel anywhere and i have been to many different countries and stayed in many different hotels.

Comfortable hotel and friendly staff”
This was my third stay at the Centara Grand Phratamnak. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet which is served in the dining room featuring a magnificent aquarium, is excellent with a wide choice of Thai and Western foods. The rooftop swimming pool and cocktail bar a very good - the rooftop offering excellent views of the very nearby ocean. On this occasion I was disappointed with the room as it had a mouldy odour as well as an unpleasant odour emanating at times from a bathroom drain. The hotel transferred me to a different room which was good and odour free. The following day I was again upgraded to a larger room which unfortunately also had a mouldy odour. Apart from that, the stay at the hotel was good and I would definitely recommend it. The hotel is a two minute stroll from the beach.

Great Rooftop”
This hotel seems under rated to me. It has a terrific view from the rooftop pool and jacuzzi, and love the shark aquarium in the lobby. Its really close to the beach. It's a bit far from the action, but we have a car, so no problem. I have to say, the room was a little run down.

Easy to communicated but too many troubles for being 5 stars hotel”
The room is the same as in the picture value for the price. The staff are very professional but there were troubles which customer can’t ignore. First of all, we have 5 adults then I’ve booked 3 deluxe rooms; 2 twins and 1 double. Me and my family arrived at the hotel around 3 pm there were 2 rooms ready for me to check-in and I got the last room at 5.30 pm the staff said it was a technical problem and they gave me a complimentary dish full of fruits. By the way we enjoyed their pool while waiting for the room. I stay in double room alone and found a use glass with mark of the toothpaste inside with no cleaning but I decide to ignore it because I can use another glass. So everything was good until around midnight I woke up because of the rat scratched every parts of the ceiling. It’s feel like they’ve been scratching on my head. I try to sleep for an hour but the rat wasn’t stop and scratched harder. I decided to called the receptionist just want them to stop the rat but they sent me to family suites room without moving my stuffs at 1.30 am. The way they solve the problems was very good but I think it must be better if they can eliminate the problems especially the rat.
