The Hotel is only usable if you have to stay in this part of town for a reason. The area around the hotel is not really representative of Berlin. It is rather little Istanbul. Only positive thing about the hotel is the closeness to Bus and Subway line 7.

Bathroom in the room I was staying in was clogging I had complained the first night even after that nothing was done.reception staff was polite and helpful but hotel facilities were very bad. Very unhappy

The internet didn't work in the room! They said it would be fixed the next day....It wasn't fixed. The sink broke, they didn't offer a new room. Pretty disappointing place really...

The wifi-connexion doesn't work in the rooms only in the entry, while it was written: the wifi connexion is available all-where. The parking isn't free (6Euro for night) The rooms weren't clean enough.

Loud, unfriendly service/staff, too expensive”
There are no house-rules exisiting apparently. Could hardly sleep in the night cause people / guests/ staff use to stand right under my window laughing, shouting, noise allover until 4am. Plus at the end of my stay I needed to pay „bed taxes“ that were not mentioned before. Conclusion: highly not recommended!!!

Good breakfast. Practical location, even though not super central. No fridge in room. Make sure you get a room facing the inner courtyard or the back. Rooms facing the main road get a lot of traffic noise 24/7.

Great Hotel”
We had a 3 person room. The room was very big in size and was perfect for the 4 days we where staying. We where lucky to also have a very large balcony off our room. My mam had also left her engagement and wedding rings in the hotel. We where contacted by the hotel to say they had been found and are in the process of sending them back to us. All staff where an absolute pleasure to deal with. The hotel is a little out of the main city but there is an underground station a 5 minute walk away.

Das in die Jahre gekommene, nicht ordnungsgemäß gereinigte Zimmer konnte nur durch das sauber Bett einen Stern erhalten. Dies machte es möglich zwei Nächte dort zu schlafen.

Zimmerteppiche zu alt, Gang an den Wänden zerkratzt, leichte Schimmelbildung in den Fugen um der Badewanne herum. Zimmerpreis für das Zimmer weitaus zu teuer. Personal Klasse, Frühstück ok.

Preisleistungsverhältnis ungenügend ”
Zimmer sind altmodisch und die Lage ist unschön. Mit den Öffis brauch man ca. 40 min in die Innenstadt und 30 min zum Tempelhoferfeld. Von außen ist das Hotel eine Katastrophe mit zertrümmerter Leuchtreklame. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Centro Park liegt nahe der U7-Haltestelle Grenzallee. Freundliches Personal, Frühstück war vielfältig für den Preis und reichlich. Sauber, defekte Glühbirnen wurden zügig ersetzt.
