Best Stay in Penang”
I have stayed in this place 3 times this year itself when i was looking for a place that is pet friendly. My first impression was how amazing and warm Rynn from Reception was, we were asking her if the place is really pet friendly and is there any prohibition on pets movements at the property during our first time at the property. Rynn made sure we feel welcome and at home immediately and I really couldnt believe such an amazing pet hotel exists in Malaysia. The place has amazing facilities especially the pool and the place is always windy and pleasant with nice music playing when you are at the parking lot and reception level. Fast forward to our other newer trips, it gets better and we enjoy exploring the different layouts of the apartment units, its so exciting and my pet dog feels at home and even knows which is his unit everytime 🤣. And we always end up extending our stay at the property by 1 or 2 days from prior check out date. The staff, Rynn and the security staff as well are super friendly and makes sure all your needs are taken care of and the balcony gives you a stellar view of Penang’s first bridge. Great job Century Bay Private Residence, see you again & again. Maybe we will just move in as long stay guests in coming future 😊❤️

I enjoyed my stay here evn though just for a day. it so comfortable and the house is spacious enough for a family to stay. The facilities is tip top. Sadly i couldn't get to use it. Need to improve communication, especially for the guard, and also the receptionist overall is awesome. anyways, totally recommend for the family to stay here.

Room was spacious and clean when I arrived. Complimentary shower gel was provided, but not towels. It is actually possible to peer into each apartment's living room via the kitchen window, which could be a bit concerning with regard to privacy. Having curtains at the kitchen window would have been nice. Kitchen is well-equipped, with a toaster, microwave, kettle, and fridge (I did not use the fridge or toaster). Breakfast is no longer a buffet — you pay individually for each menu item. Wish the in-house dining facility operated for lunch and dinner as well.

The house was spacious. All aircond were functioning well. The hot waters was good. I like the kitchen. There were shops and burger stall that very convinience for us to purchase food. My kids enjoyed the table tennis and the snooker.
