Excellent hotel but problematic location”
spent one night here, because we like the citadines brand and this is one of their newest hotels in china. as a hotel it entirely lived up to what we expected and was excellent and also provided a good breakfast in the morning. it is a first class business hotel with cooking facilities in the room, but not, note, a washing machine. this was provided centrally, and washing and drying each cost an additional y20. there is also a facility to print internet pages in the lobby. the hotel room cannot be faulted. as a hotel i strongly recommend it. but, its location in wuhan is odd, and you need to ask whether it meets your needs. we arrived late and left early, and could not easily find a restaurant at the time we arrived, 10 pm. wuhan is a very large city, in fact three cities merged into one across the yangtse river, and this hotel is in a north-west suburb a very long way from the city centres.it is surrounded by apartments. we arrived at wuchan station, and it took 40 minutes to reach citadines wuhan by taxi. in the morning we left by taxi and it took 45 minutes and a ride costing y120 to reach wuhan railway station. hankou station seems to be about 30 minutes by taxi from the hotel. so unless you are doing business on the vicinity of the hotel, i doubt it is a good place to stay.

The Hotel is rather conveniently located, room is clean although a bit old but still pretty comfortable. I had a very pleasant 6 months stay in Citandines XiAn previously so I'm choose Citadines for my stay in Wuhan. In term of Service, I'm quite disappointed here. The level of service in XiAn is definitely much better. Over here in Wuhan i have asked the front office staff for an umbrella as it was raining, they have to get the security to get it for me as they do not have access. I waited for at least 20mins before the a Hotel Security came over and give excuses he was busy. In CItadines XiAn, every room has an umbrella for guest to use. I do not understand why over in Citadines Wuhan the umbrellas are kept in Lock n Key? (By the way, when I check out i found all the umbrellas placed at the lobby were removed out of sight.) I will still stay there for the convenient but will bring my rain coat or umbrella in my next trip...

We will emphasize for our Receptionist and Security Staff, when it is raining, we must to take out the umbrella in the lobby in advance and ensure our guest get the umbrella as soon as possible. The apartment management will try to solve the problem for umbrella, please let us explain the detail reason. As per standard for Citadines brand property, umbrella is not set up in the apartment, as we know in Citadines Xian, they upgrade the standard to set up the umbrella in all of apartments. In order to improve guests’ satisfaction, we will submit request to our headquarter, try to set up the umbrella in all of apartments like Xian Citadines did.

There isn't much next to it without taking a taxi. A restaurant, a bar, a minimart.... Breakfast is served but not other meals and no room service. Tried to get them to suggest delivery. They wouldn't.

Literally perfect”
I honestly couldn't fault it in any way. Good internet, INCREDIBLE staff. Convenient location. Great food. My housekeeper and I formed such a bond despite not speaking english that she came to say goodbye before she left. I felt sad to go home. I will miss my home away from home.

5 mins walk to metro, couple stations away from malls Room is clean yet limited hour for room service n it was 100 rmb cheaper to book via local agent, this hurt me a lot as a loyal agoda member

Clean and modern, but hard bed and broken hot tub”
We were disappointed that the bed was Chinese-style (very hard mattress), even though it is a western hotel. The staff at the front desk was hard to find at check out and in general had limited English. The hot tub they said was broken as well, which was disappointing.

Appartement avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain, récent et propre. A proximité du métro, et de supermarché. Calme, accueil sympathique. La piscine est grande et un peu froide, dommage que le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas. A recommander pour un séjour en famille.
