A new Cititel”
Cititel took the opportunity during the pandemic to give it's facilities a new look! The rooms are new and clean, service staff were efficient in providing the service we need. I have been staying in Cititel with my family everytime we visit KL. The location is excellent with ciname and shopping mall right below. Both adult and children can select their activities under one roof. I am very pleased with the carpark renovation too. It is bright and well directed now, except for the charges, we have to pay instead of a fee waival. In conclusion, everything is good and we look forward to staying again in the Cititel in 2023!

Great location and comfy bed! ”
Went for my honeymoon and booked the superior double. The Check-in and check-out process was very easy and quick. The room was a comfortable size and perfect for two people. The shower door was designed where there is a gap at the side so the water would flow out onto the bathroom floor, however there was a bath mat and that was not so much of a big deal for us. The toilet bidet spray was working well and basic toiletries were supplied. The bed was very comfy and had a combination of soft and firmer pillows. The air corn was blasting cold and kept the whole room chilled very well. The breakfast was a good selection and I especially enjoyed the noodle soup Station. However, there should be a sign that shows/say you should be dipping your noodles/vegetables into the hot boiling to warm/cook it before straightaway adding the broth/soup to your noodles. To add, I had the fish balls added to my noodles on all 3 days of my stay and on the last two days the fish balls tasted funky and not as fresh as to how I had it on the first day. The location of this hotel is situated right next to the Mid Valley Mega Mall shopping centre and connects right to it. Overall, it was a pleasant and affordable stay and would come again, as this would be my second time coming here.

Fuss Free and Reasonably Priced”
Best selling point for this hotel is its location which is within 2 malls. Room is very small but all you really need for a comfy stay is provided; strong water pressure for a relaxing shower, thick bath towels, toilet amenities provided, working cable tv, cool aircon and a ceiling fan. Rooms are renovated every few years to keep it fresh and new. Nothing much to NOT like. Just hope the price does not continue to increase too much. The first time I stayed at Cititel, it was RM98 per night if I remembered correctly. Been a loyal customer since.

Will return for a longer stay as it meets the requirements of easy accessibilities to food and shopping. The room is clean and spacious but could improve with basic amenities like room slippers and laundry bags. Helpful front desk staff /concierge. Value for money!

Convenient ”
It's located in Midvalley Mall (near the entrance with coffee bean/uniqlo/Yole) which has everything you need - F&B, shopping, groceries etc. If you drive here, you share parking with midvalley customers but they will validate your parking when you wanna exit (flat rate RM5/day). Rooms are quite small (pay what you get) but very clean. Toilet and shower place is separated. Besides, staff were friendly and helpful. Good experience overall!

I stayed here for 1 night. It's located in shopping mall so it's easy to find and convenience to go anywhere due to close to train also, including shopping. This hotel is not 5 stars but good service, cleanliness, a bit small room but full of facilities. Weak point: no terrace, hot shower doesn't work properly, waiting check-in room more than 1 hour :(

My family and I always stay at cititel when we are in KL because of its strategic location which is directly in Midvalley mall. Although the room may not be as spacious but I think it is tally with the price paid since I booked the most basic room. All necessary items were provided (hair dryer, fridge, safety box, toiletries, coffee tea, water). I like the fact that they have a USB port right next to the bed which makes it so easy to charge phones (no need cable heads anymore, and can laze in bed to watch dramas without worrying of a flat battery- not advisable though haha) Staff are very kind and helpful too. Provided extra pillows and water bottles as requested. *If you parked here, don't forget to validate your tng card at the hotel lobby before leaving because there is a flat rate parking fee of RM5 for hotel guests.

Cititel is the most ideal hotel for me as it is one stop centre for all my needs, shopping, foods, clothes etc. Gardens have higher value for my special needs and I don't need to go anywhere else. Excellent and highly recommended hotel to stay!

Situated in a HUGE megamall which is fantastic. Located between Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya. So it's not exactly in the smack of Kuala Lumpur. Rooms have all been recently refurbished during covid 19. You need to take 15 mins cab ride to the heart of the city. The Communter Train ( KTM Komunter ) is next to the hotel but doesn't run frequently. The light rain transit is too far to walk. I paid about RM200 nightly with breakfast

The room has been renovated with a new design and is beautiful. The room was clean , comfortable and the location was great. The hotel is link to the Mid Valley megamall. Very convenient and safe. Hotel staff very nice & polite . Hope you guys have a good stay at this hotel
