    “Location makes up for flaws”

    Well, I was a little taken aback by the check-in procedure - having to find a mailbox off the lobby and using a code to get my key but it was easier than it first sounded; but I was even more taken aback when I asked about room service and was told that there was none as it is a "home stay" - I don't see this mentioned on Agoda, as they say it is. Also didn't like the lack of a room safe, and I was only provided with two towels for my five night stay. There's a washing machine but no provision for drying clothes, so what's the point? Also, if one decided to do any cooking or eating there, which I didn't, there are almost no utensils or dishes to do so. However, it was clean and comfortable and quiet although the design isn't the best - the bathroom is too cramped, they should have taken a foot or so off the living area and made the bathroom bigger. The best thing about this place is its location so close to the nightlife, although lower floors may have a lot of noise to deal with.

    “Excellent”

    Excellent location inside Ramada Suites, walking distance to Bukit Bintang, i was helped to check in by one of the staff (Songkar) who showed me the ins and outs of the place. The place was spotless clean, just if u leave some food outside there will be ants, otherwise will definitely stay there again next time!

    “Convenient Location, a bit noisy from street noise at night”

    This place was easy to find, it had the basic amenities required. The washing machine was not working, and no attempt was made to repair it. However there was a laundromat near by.
