"It was pleasant, The only thing is that as Agartala dont offer any other options of hotels, this is the best suitable for Agartala. At the same time be ready to accept the fact that its simply a budget 3 star hotel. I loved a lot in terms of staff helping us and all. at the same time I was not happy with one of the staffs at reception who been so rude with my wife. My wife wanted to send a courier, she asked a girl staff and that girl helped my wife well and she informed that they are happy to help me in courier. when in the morning my wife went down stair for the same thing. the morning staff, he asked my wife to get an auto and go to city center, he has no idea abt courier and Ginger dont deal with it. luckly by evening when my wife went down again to ask them, there was another staff who helped her a lot, in packing and sending courier. so it was finally doable. I also found something funny, When we asked for a taxi for one day, I dont know there is a person in management staff who deals with everything. when I asked for taxi, they charged I feel more then normal, and that man was trying to make sure i dont deal directly to driver. when we come back and time for payment, that man jumped into car from half the way to make sure we dont give any tip to driver. also when we did check out, that man was again there at reception to make sure we dont give tips to staff, he was not in uniform at the same time I thought he was like owner of the hotel, which is not true as its TATA franchise... niways, overall its was pleasant stay."
