"I really enjoy staying with the Student Hotel Berlin. The interior deco is so lively. Room is spacious. And super clean. The staff, Amy, who checked in for us is super friendly. Hotel offered coin to get free welcome drink from the bar and free water in the paper box. Really love how they care about reducing plastic bottles. Walking to Alexanderplatz is about 10 mins. Bus stop is just right in front of the hotel. "

"We have stayed for two nights in May 2012. The room was on the 8th floor. No street noise at all. Room was clean all the time. Great services. We have not booked breakfast (40 euros per person). There are plenty of cafes around the area. We really liked Einstein's Cafe (5 mins walking). The location can't be better. Walking distance to all major attractions. We will book again if return to Berlin. Recommend to everyone. "

"We were satisfied with our stay at Novum Hotel Aldea Berlin Zentrum. The common areas were a bit outdated (especially the staircase and elevators), but the room was refurbished. Although our room was facing to busy street with overground subway, the windows isolated all sounds well. Hotel is close to bus and subway stations and can be found easily. We would not hesitate to stay there again. The only small misunderstanding was at the beginning, because we ordered a room for three persons but got a room where the third bed was not ready (without the bed sheets). We went back to the reception and got another room immediately, which was ok."

"Located at, or rather in Alexanderplatz, which is the real happening lace in Berlin, with the bus stop, the underground, tram and taxi stand just outside the hotel, Park Inn is a very well located hotel. All the historical monuments can be accessed by the hop-on hop-off bus, which is only €15 per head. Taxis are very reasonable with an airport trip costing €30. The rooms are a bit small, but very clean and most comfortable. The only deficincy is the lack of tea/coffee self service in the room. I would go down the Burger King and get coffee for my wife in the morning. That, however, was not really a problem as Burger King is in the hotel. The elevators are high speed and covered the 28 floors in 30 seconds. The breakfast was a very large, sptious spread consisting of A huge variety of breads, cheeses, eggs, cold cuts, juices, tea and coffee and fruits. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this East Berlin hotel to anybody. And, I will definitely stay th"

"I stopped once in A/O in Cologne, and it was very nice. However, I didn't realize that in Berlin it will be different story. Since it is probably one of the cheapest hotels in Berlin, the public that books this hotel is corresponding: the horny noisy teenagers are being constantly unloaded by the buses, and they produce incredible amount of noise, especially in the night. Ear plugs or headphones is a must, but even then the walls/floor are shaking, because people are running, dancing, having sex - you name it. They also smoke right outside, so the smoke goes in easily. Never again! In Cologne, however, the same hotel was very good (or I was lucky)..."
