"My first Cancun experience became wonderful thanks to GR Caribe By Solaris. All staffs are very kind and helpful. All restaurant's foods and drinks are excellent. Especially Marco polo is my best place. Don't miss making the reservation. I have 4-year-old daughter. She loves all pools and Kids club. She enjoyed water slides again and again. If I had to pick up disappointment points, it is that they do not have a coin-laundry. We need to use laundry services with additional price."

"I was looking forward to return to this hotel after another stay a few weeks earlier. Again I enjoyed very much a spacious room with a comfortable bed and nice shower. The terrace balcony was a great space. Storage areas were much more than adequate, and the safety-deposit box was among the best that I have seen. All staff members were courteous and professional. The breakfast again was varied and tasty - in particular the fresh orange juice was fantastic on both days. I enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and sun deck very much! I was disappointed that toiletries and complimentary bottled water were not replenished after the first night. Even so, I was very pleased with the overall experience - and the hotel's location, while not on the beach itself, is really good due to the close proximity to dining and shopping options. For certain, I will look at this hotel again for future visits to Cancun!"
