"Pros Nice pool and relaxing overall vibe. Free parking. Some comfortable larger mattress beds around the pool. Large room and bathroom. Cons -Staff rude as I walked Into the hotel. -Most staff are very unfriendly and just stare at you when you walk past. -Offered a welcome drink but then didn't give it as got side tracked doing something else. -Served a coffee and hot chocolate in a polystyrene cup by a waitress who sneezed on the drink while making it. -charged 3. 50 euros for a hot chocolate and then provided hot milk in a polystyrene cup with a packet of coco for me to mix. -Breakfast had a large choice but the lady making the eggs was clearly inexperienced as she undercooked the omelette and sunny side eggs so had to ask her to remake them. -although staff were cleaning the tables I didn't feel the overall level of the cleaning in the buffet room was 5 star. -sun loungers around the pool are old and uncomfortable. -The spa smelt like chlorine and dirt. "Where to start with that place.... Basically, this hotel make sense only if you come with your kids, and that they hate swimming in the sea! Because the sea is unusable since there are huge rocks in the way, this hotel is too expensive for an unusable sea-side. Then comes the kids... There are A LOT of kids and no calm zone for adults, where it's possible to relax without hearing a kid cry. I found that the kids pool, after its closed, is the only place to hope having some calm time!! Otherwise, it's 100% family hotel, so avoid it if you want to enjoy a calm retreat. And last, there is the global feeling of low-quality construction and lack of decoration (too make sure kids don't destroy it) in a very cold-white environment. So it make sense trully only if you have kids, and they hate the sea, but you want to pay extra to be at the sea!"
