"Managers Sandeep and Abdul are extremely helpful. We were first time in Gorakhpur. It was quite late at night. We need to stay in a hotel for a few nights. We found Hotel Kama. Called the Hotel. Abdul was on duty. He was very kind to pick us up and drove us to the Hotel. Hotel has a 24 hours restaurant. Breakfast was included in the room rate. This is very good. Staff at restaurant was helpful too. Inside the hotel is very clean. Hot Water, in the period of our stay, couple of nights were not hot enough. The sound proof of the room is a bit poor. We can hear noisy from the corridors."

"Staying at a hotel during the pandemic may feel little risky, but there is nothing to worry if you stay at the Radisson Blu in Gorakhpur. The place was flawlessly clean, the food was delicious as can be, the service was impeccable. I was visiting from the USA and I have very high-standards for any place that I stay at. And Radisson Blu met those high-standards of mine. But the most noticeable aspect was the hospitality of the staff. I want to specifically mention the names of Arvind Kumar, Subhadarsini, Vivek, Simran, Mohit Kumar Singh, because during my week long stay, I routinely interacted with them and found them to be extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable. I will be staying here every time that I visit Gorakhpur, which I do very often for business reasons and also to visit family. "
