"We had an excellent experience with Spring Flower Hotel and would highly recommend it to others. Great location, really nice rooms, air conditioning and wifi work great, free breakfast provided. The best thing about this hotel is the service. We used Spring Flower as our base for trips in and out if Hanoi and the front desk was so very helpful. They booked tours, bus and train tickets for us, provided airport pickup ($20), arranged hotel stays for our next destination, and were all around so helpful and friendly. For example, when my sister accidentally forgot her hiking boots on a bus, Spring Flower called the company, tracked down the bus, and immediately sent an employee out on a scooter to pick them up for her. Another time, we arrived at the hotel (after an overnight train) many hours earlier than check in, but they gave us a room to shower and nap in while they quickly got a room ready for us. With all the Hanoi hotels located in the Old Quarter, all of them looking very similar, I feel glad that we chose Spring Flower. "

"Great hotel right in the Old Quarter! Stayed here twice during our 4 trips through the city and would have stayed all 4 times if there would have been availability. Brand new hotel with very clean rooms and a great breakfast. The staff was excellent providing restraint recommendations and tour information for everything around Hanoi. "We booked a standard room, which comes with a HUGE bed, really comfy (someone might find it a little stiff but it's the best for relaxing your backbone after a messy day in Hanoi!), air con, nice toilet and shower....no window though but it's common to many places in the Old Quarter (other rooms have windows and probably really nice view since is a tall building) nice breakfast area on the rooftop and nice free breakfast, really good massage in the Spa on the first floor...the staff is what makes the difference! Great guys, nice English and a lot of super useful informations! (they welcomed us with drinks fruit and a map where he explained the most important places in Hanoi and some history) location is great (basically in walking distance to EVERYTHING, but not in the messy nightlife centre) I think is a "must stay" if you come here :)"
