"We make a trip to Piegon Forge at least once a year if not more. However this was my first time staying at Country Cascades but it will not be the last. The new renovations to the pool area and small children's pool park is awesome. The rooms was clean enough, did look like dog food on floor but not a big deal cause the rest of the room was clean and being on the top floor there was really tall ceiling with a ceiling fan. Staff was really friendly and helpful. "

"It’s near the end of the strip in Pigeon Forge and not too far from the old mill and Dollywood. The beds were made when we got there but the room always not clean. The staff was really nice and any concerns we had were attended to right away. The cleanliness issue may have been related to the fact that they were having problems with their staff as we overheard as we were going into our room. There is also no option for just family as it was my sister and myself but n this trip as we were visiting friends and shopping. "

"This time we stayed in a Jacuzzi suite. It was amazing. It had a large king bed, a beautiful jacuzzi, and a gas fireplace, with a decent size TV/seating area in the room. We really loved this room. The staff was really friendly. The breakfast was good, but not great. The hot part of the breakfast when we were there consisted of biscuits, white gravy, sausage patties, and egg patties. But I'll say this: most hotels that serve free breakfast don't have nearly enough seating for all of the people. But this place has a lot of tables. It's no fun standing around with your family holding plates waiting for someone to get up, but that shouldn't be a problem here. We've stayed here multiple times, and love the place."

"As was please with the hotel the rooms was spacious which is needed when you need a crib. The refrigerator and freezer worked really good which is needed for baby food. I was really excited about the breakfast but when I got down to it they had closed it down and was handing out bags of breakfast which I did not know until I went down the next morning. They didn't have anything for my kids to drink for breakfast and I don't give them soda. They also had to take our temperature before checking in which would have been nice to know before we traveled. (We was not sick nor have we been but still would have been nice to know before we got there) Also they are so worried about Covid-19 by checking temperature and closing the breakfast down, limiting the number of people in the pool yet hosted a beauty pageant there that weekend. Which I thought was a little redundant."

"We stayed in a room with a loft. The kids loved the loft! We had 2 Queen size beds on the bottom floor with a full bath and the loft had a Queen size bed with a full bath. The room was very clean and the location was great!! We were very close to the Island and had a kids park right across the street with rides and go karts. The river is directly behind the motel. We had a full size fridge and microwave with TV's on both floors. We all loved this place and will be returning."
