Where to stay in Pigeon Forge (TN)
Pigeon Forge (TN) hotels & accommodations

Beds were a bit too soft; but, still enjoyed our stay. Location was convenient to most attractions. Our room had indoor pool access which was a bit noisy; however, it was perfect since we were traveling with our grandson. Breakfast was GREAT for the price (free); but, needed more sitting. The staff was very helpful with any questions we had. Overall, we had a nice stay...

Hotel was in a great location and was very reasonably priced. It's like a motel. Room was fairly clean, bed was decent. Breakfast was more than I expected given the price and type of hotel. We were only there for sleeping in-between travels, and it got the job done.

Hotel was clean, comfortable, and had friendly staff. Every time I passed a cleaning person they asked how we were and if we needed anything. For just under $200 for the weekend and located next door to the Doxoe Stampede and just over a mile from the Island, you can't beat it for an affordable getaway.

The location is great and the price is reasonable during the peam summer season in Pigeon Fort, TN. This is 2 star hotel so do not expect anything beyond what it is and you will satisfactory and happily stay here. The hotel is next to the creek and you can even stroll in it and enjoy.

We make a trip to Piegon Forge at least once a year if not more. However this was my first time staying at Country Cascades but it will not be the last. The new renovations to the pool area and small children's pool park is awesome. The rooms was clean enough, did look like dog food on floor but not a big deal cause the rest of the room was clean and being on the top ...

This time we stayed in a Jacuzzi suite. It was amazing. It had a large king bed, a beautiful jacuzzi, and a gas fireplace, with a decent size TV/seating area in the room. We really loved this room. The staff was really friendly. The breakfast was good, but not great. The hot part of the breakfast when we were there consisted of biscuits, white gravy, sausage patties, a...

Only thing I didn't like was the attitude of one of the staff at the breakfast launch. She was rude to an elder, when she was no where to be found and she try to get the coffee, that was brewed already, to work, and she told her that people keep messing with it. Everybody was waiting for the coffee and she was not there. RUDE!

It’s near the end of the strip in Pigeon Forge and not too far from the old mill and Dollywood. The beds were made when we got there but the room always not clean. The staff was really nice and any concerns we had were attended to right away. The cleanliness issue may have been related to the fact that they were having problems with their staff as we overheard as we...

We stayed a total of 4 nights, our first night was very rough due to our loud anxious neighbors. Our room 308 had an ajoining door to theirs. After the first night, they left but hallway noises and even outside noises were very prominent. The room was clean, staff friendly. However, the cleaning ladies couldn't understand us and repeatedly tried to get into our room a...

Really nice room, very quite, and located away from the road. The only problem we had was with house keeping. They did not bring us any more cups during our stay, never left no more than 2 wash clothes. There were 4 of us in the room. Two days we got no hand towels too. We had to go to office to get any. Every thing else was nice and beds slept great. Loved the time th...

We went for my husbands 60th birthday, on the very next day all the water was shut off from 11:00 am -4:00 pm. Then the next day our room had no hot water, we were "upgraded" - joke to a room with a hot tub at 9:30 pm we had to check out first thing in the morning, and it was in the 90's - hot tub for a senior couple is not needed. I told front desk that this was a ...

My girlfriend and I booked this room and the price we paid was stellar considering all the amenities this room had to offer. It was her first visit to Pigeon forge and the unit was a great first impression of the Smokies. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a romantic getaway.
They switched my room after I checked in. The first room was horrid with filth. Went to second room & it was tolerable. After further inspection of 2nd room, there was urine dripped down side of toilet, dirty washcloths left in tub, and something wiped (like by a finger) across one of the headboards. Desk chair had a broken arm on it & the floor hadn't been mopped at...

Staff that checked me it could have cared less how long they take to help you I was the only person checking in when I got there it took the man over 15 minutes to complete this process because he constantly had to be propped up on the counter ... my last day there I went down to grab breakfast and the girl working then wouldn’t even speak as you walked in the door jus...

Easy early check in around 1pm. Possible extra day extension and hotel staff was helpful. Rooms were up to date. Clean beds. Microwave, fridge. Only complaint was that if you had the a/c or heater running and someone was outside smoking if would come in. Other than that great value for price. We did not try the complementary breakfast. We visited during off season. (Be...

I thought the room was pretty my wife thought it was Gaudy. It was right next to several rides but they want working when we were there was Quiet. When you went out the back go on there was a small river there that was pretty when you go out the front door you see the strip. It was in the middle of everything that's what you came for.
