"It is the best hotel. In the staying time with my family , We meet the most kind, nice and smile staff than I have ever visited hotel before. The staff explained the map of the town of Sapa and helped us for safe and special trip. Pistachio hotel facilities are very convenient because there is a swimming pool, spa and roof top bar in the hotel. If we want to see the wide sapa scenery, we can just go to the roof top anytime. At the roof top, we can see the nature downtown of sapa at the daytime, and the a lot of twinkling stars at the night. It's a very beautiful and fantastic experience for us. And every morning, We can taste the kind of vietnam rice noodles that change every day for breakfast. While eating breakfast, It's extra blessing to be able to see the beautiful scenery. Thanks a lot about the pistachio all things. I hope we can meet again. 🙏🙏🙏"

"We stayed for 3D2N and would recommend this hotel to anyone who would like a great stay in SAPA. We booked a mountain view hotel room and it was clean, spacious, comfortable and the view was Breath Taking! The toilet comes with a bathtub that is separate from the shower area. The rain shower pressure was good and the water can be adjusted to a good temperature. The staff was not only friendly but always helpful and polite. They attended to our every need. The breakfast was good. One of the morning breakfast was buffet and the other was Ala carte which you could order as much as you want. The location of the hotel was great with two lobbies, one at level 1 and the other at level 15. The level 15 lobby has access to many good restaurants that are just a walking distance away. Overall, a great stay and it was worth every dollar spent. Enjoy!"

"We experienced some of the best Vietnamese accommodations and hospitality during our trip to Sapa. Our plan was to book three different hotels in several different areas around Sapa. First night in Sapa stayed at Pao’s. . . second night at another more rustic hotel. . . third night – Back to Pao’s! Front office manager (Mr. Thang) – went out of his way to make our stay memorable. He was supported by friendly and capable front line staff including Mr. Dat and Mr. Duong. All of the staff could speak English well and couldn’t have done anything more to make our trip there easy and special. During our check-out, Mr. Thang handed us his card and let us know if there was anything he could do. . . to let him know. After one night in a different hotel, we came running back to Pao’s. We were greeted with upgraded room and warm welcome from all the staff – that treated us like returning VIPs. In addition to the competent, professional and friendly staff at the front desk – I also want to "
